This is one of my favorite Marshall's. The staff is friendly and helpful and they have staff longevity and retention.
This Marshall's is clean and well stocked always. New merchandise constantly. Trendy clothes & shoes- for men and women's gifting.
Baby/toddler clothes & toys- large seletion.
Vast amount of clothing for ALL MEMBERS OF FAMILY- all sizes AVAILABLE.
Fitting rooms are always open and monitored.
🚻 bathrooms.
Handicapped parking ♿️
Lines move fast at checkout.
STAFF- LONGEVITY! Very helpful and friendly.

I'm still fuming after the horrific experience I had at this Marshalls a few days back. Cashier Elizabeth displayed some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. When I attempted to exchange my granddaughter's shoe due to initially purchasing the wrong size Elizabeth flat out refused, citing "policy" as an excuse, and even attempted to say I may have stolen the shoe, or that it may have been worn.
Her attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright rude. She showed no willingness to listen or assist, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected. It was only when I asked for a manager, she reluctantly got Manager Kevin, who intervened, He promptly asked her to handle the exchange, which she knew how to, but consequently issuing a warning to Kevin that her mother was going to be upset with her ( as if her mom is the store manager) while still rudely hesitating to do the return. I asked Elizabeth was it us ( my wife and I that made her upset) as you could see she was visibly mad. She actually threw the shoe in the bad causing the bag to fall, and flipped the Credit Card terminal so hard that it hit my wife hand and when I asked for the receipt she threw it in the bag.
Elizabeth's behavior was unacceptable, and I'm shocked she's representing Marshals as a customer service agent, If not for Kevin's intervention, I would have taken my business elsewhere. As it stands, I'll think twice before returning this Marshall’s, which I live only 2 minutes away from.
To the store management team, I suggest retraining Elizabeth or reevaluating her role. To Kevin, thank you for saving the day, which I did when I was leaving, but I wished you would have acknowledged the inconvenience caused.

Despite the store’s claims of offering designer brands, the products are consistently of low quality, with materials that feel inexpensive and poorly made.
This disappointing experience aligns with the overall reputation of the store, where low expectations are met all too easily.

Love this place! Except for the cashier area 8 (male)I had on 03/11 at around 6:30 p.m worst customer service. I couldn't hear him talk he was mumbling the whole time. He was going to charge me $12.99 for a teapot that was on sale for $8 bc he couldn't find the price so he was going to use a cup I had as well until I showed him the price that was on the teapot. Did not handle the teapot with caution. And basically throws the bag when I head out after paying no goodbye nothing. That guy needs retraining -1000 customer service

I shop there whenever I get a chance. The store is usually clean, considering others are not. The prices are usually really good. It's a hit or miss, depending on what you're looking for. The associates are friendly and helpful. Cash or credit. Wheelchair access for those in need.
