Went to this store on 1/17 and I had an amazing experience with Sonny. I explained my situation to him and he worked with me. Instead of just quoting a price and that's the price, he did what a good business man does: Went above and beyond to GAIN a new customer. If you're looking for a good reason to choose this establishment, look no further. Give Sonny a chance to make you happy and I guarantee you he will do just that. They couldn't even activate my second line without some 4 dollar extra fee that metropcs website doesn't list, they also push \\\"free\\\" phones but place additional additional services onto your account resulting in a higher second monthly bill. Do not deal with this business, they're totally unprofessional and don't really have a clue what they're doing.

Went to pay my bill , gave the person working my phone number, pin, I even had the phone and sim on me. They couldn't find any information, so they pushed buying a new line and paying ANOTHER activation fee.
