The guy there is amazing, he's so cool and knowledgeable, always trying to help out his customers, I'm always pleased every single time I go to this branch, I hope this guy gets a promotion. But overall , I'm pleased with metros service overall 100%

This particular store I went to decided to not let me know that adding someone to my line even though I don't owe a bill will add prorated charges and I'm still trying to understand why a phone that was free and a bill that's only 30 dollars a month she charged me 76 but I only got a confirmation payment of 46..so where's the other 30 that was charged?? I asked she stated that it was activation and taxes...make sure to ask all questions before swiping your card..
