So, I went into Micheal’s to get a flag holder for a funeral. I was in a truly horrible mood. I wasn’t social, I wasn’t happy, I was OBVIOUSLY not in a good place. The manager was still kind to me and helped me figure out how to get the flag holder in time. Thank you for not giving me the attitude I gave you back to me. The store was clean, everything was organized really well.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The employees at this location are rude and have absolutely zero customer service skills! I had an online order for in store pickup and the employees seemed like they could care less. when I spoke to a male worker he didn’t even move in an attempt to assist me and after asking another female employee for assistance for the exact same thing she continued putting items on a shelf and talking with her coworker before I could be serviced as if I didn’t even ask for help or I was bothering them! The staff working between 12-1pm on Fridays is a bad look for this location! Very rude and unwelcoming environment I will not be returning and going to Milford’s location from now on.

I don't know about other locations, only been to this one. But I enjoy Michaels and I'm a man. Store is very clean, cleaner than most stores, I do tho seem to always have a problem with using a coupon, o you can't use that on this item, that item, like what can I use it on? But all around is a very good store and have tons of stuff. Getting my next Xmas tree there. Can't wait. Keep it up Micheals
