“Natural Pet Outlet is a very efficiently-run business and the absolute best I've been to for pet products. I took a friend's rescue Pit Bull to give him a bath and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The store carries a vast array of healthy pet foods and snacks and reasonably-priced toys, leashes, and pet paraphernalia. The self-serve bath area is functional and clean and they supply everything needed. The employees checked on us regularly and really seemed to love working there. As we were leaving, my dog went to the bathroom on the floor. I offered to clean it up, but someone went and got a mop to clean it up. I apologized only to have my dog poop in the rock garden near the front window. I cleaned it up and in front of the building is a pet waste receptacle and a hand sanitizer dispenser. From the facility to the employees to the services provided and the products they sell, Natural Pet Outlet is first class all the way. We cannot wait to go again.”

“My 8 month old puppy was diagnosed yesterday with allergies - we suspect apples. I called ahead about a food that I read online would work for him, but when I arrived, I saw that apples were listed in their ingredients. I was ready to panic because I have never had a dog with allergies before, and I'm a bit of a helicopter dog mom. I asked one of the sales associates for help and told him my situation. He spent a great deal of time helping me, reading ingredients with me and helping me choose the appropriate food to try for my puppy. He even stayed with me while I called the local pet store up by my house to make sure that they had this food in case it works for him; we live about 40 minutes away, but we use a vet in Trumbull because we used to live in the area and we love the service we receive...which is why we stopped here on the way home. Then, the associate gave me a manufacturer's coupon to save me some extra money. At checkout, the other associate was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely asked if I was okay because I was clearly stressed. I am so grateful for the help I received here! Best Petco that I have been too in a long time!”
