If I can leave 0 stars I would, there don’t give you all the information; you would follow there instructions and it’s always something, they don’t help you; my unit was filled with rat feces and had mold and as soon as I file a claim, “new” rules they never informed me about stopped me from finishing and filling the claim. They even had a dead rodent right outside the doors.

Irma was amazing with assisting me. I wasn’t fond of my storage unit and she stayed past her time to assist me with finding a new unit and completing my paper work. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Anthony was also SUPER accommodating. He made frequent trips to my storage unit with me. At one point, he met me upstairs after waiting for me to unload my car to assist me with my lock. Excellent customer service and extremely kind.
