Male Hispanic tech was rude and unprofessional. Asking to use a simple bathroom caused a stir with a nasty tone. It's not what you say it's how you say it. Also I was called by him sufferable and miserable. I thought I was the customer, shouldn't I be respected?

I was recently sent for blood work. Armando was my technician and he was excellent! Very polite, very respectful, very kind. In addition I was seen very close to my appointment time and he was very efficient. He is a 5 star employee!

I made my appointment the day before online, I got a 9:40 a.m. appointment for the following morning, I walked to my appointment and checked in on my phone when I reached to say "I am here" I was called in less than 3 minutes by a gentleman, I got through with in less than 10 minutes. I was happy I didn't get the dark short hair elderly lady, she is very mean, I don't know if she's still working there but she has no customer service.

Family member I knew had their money stolen from one of the employees. May seem obvious, don’t leave personal items out of sight, even if the employee said to do so

The ladies at the service center in East Main Street were amazing they made me feel welcome and were super friendly

I like going to this Quest because it's in walking distance especially when my car is down where I used to drive to Barnum Ave for a blood test. But the staff at this quest are so nice only thing is that when you get there even if you already scheduled an appointment online, there is not enough seating for everyone especially for the seniors that need to sit down.

They really need to hire new people, the short haired old woman that works there is literally the rudest person I ever dealt with in any kind of medical environment. Disrespectful and extremely racist. If I could give them zero stars, I'd give them negative 5. That's how bad. Just don't do it, go anywhere else.

Today was my last visit to this laboratory because the people are despotic and racist even though one arrives first and makes an appointment early because one has to work, the one who arrives later is served first just because they are of a different race. The older lady who works there has an attitude that, let me tell you, the people who worked there before were friendlier. Last week the same thing happened when I took my daughter for bone tests, it's always when one comes... I don't recommend it at all. ?

The worst place I have ever visited… you can't ask them anything and they treat the babies worse than an adult ? they have no way to do their job. Really disappointed.Especially a gray-haired lady with very short hair, since she comes out to talk to you all pedantically, those of us who go there are not to blame for the fact that she is working in that place, much less for her bad temper and much less for her lack of empathy...
