Rude and unprofessional, went in as a walk in this morning and was told she didn’t know the waiting time( I had been waiting for 50minutes) she added that everyone made an appointment and that they close at noon. Why does quest give you a walk in option? Quest you need to do better and in service your employees better, they sure take their time to call people in, I could hear them chitchatting inside. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Today is Monday August 14 2023 I had an appointment for a blood test, got on time , the technician called my name after 2 mnts she was the only employee at this location , I haven’t see her from before the bad thing she put the elastic band on my arm to tight it took my breath away!!!!! And when I resist she was so rude saying : can I do my job ?? She wasn’t nice at all , and I am 72 years old !! No respect , but at least she got the blood from the first pinch .

3/25/23: Quest 4697 Main St. Bpt has the most unprofessional & rude staff. Drawing blood has never been painful, yet the short Hispanic girl rushing for nothing w/only 5 people in the office, pushed the needle in my arm so hard it hurt. 3180 staff are way more professional, kind & mature; just closed at this time, only reason I went to 4697 Main. Never should have this much blood in bandgage. Never go to 4697 again.

On Saturday 3/18/23, I walked in to have blood work done on my 9 year old son. I didn't have an appointment but I signed into the kiosk and was given an option to wait. A phlebotomist (didn't get her name- but has short blonde hair with glasses) rudely came into the waiting room, raising her voice and swinging her arms everywhere telling whomever doesn't have an appointment will not be seen. She became angrier when I kindly told her I checked the website to see if walk ins are accepted before heading to their office and that I am willing to wait. I did not appreciate her tone or body language and it also made my son very uncomfortable, so I decided to leave. Will not return to this office, very rude and unprofessional. Will also let all my friends and family know as well.

I made an appt at the 4695 Main St location. There was a very rude and nasty young woman working there who was not being professional.

Again another bad experience not only did was the staff rude like a previous time, speaking when was not spoken to and there was nothing to speak about, but they gave me a pathetic lie saying there were no walk ins since the summer when I had just did a walk in around November December. Then I call headquarters and they say walk ins are available in ridgefield thirty plus min away. Obviously they read my previous review of their bad service and I’m glad they are upset and it shows. Do Not Go to Any Quest Diagnostic facility⚠️?

Very bad experience. After getting my child ready to come in to get blood work on their day off school (today). I arrived at 10:30am (when they close at 12pm) to be told they were no longer taking walk ins. There is no way for anyone to have known this, it us not online and you cannot talk to anyone directly if you call. Horrible service.

The staff is rude and non professional. The guy with the glasses has a negative attitude and they kick you out if you are in the waiting list. Worst place ever!

You need an appointment. If you have an appointment, you'll be in and out with a very short wait.I didn't even feel the needle... when I brought my wife for blood work.

Horrible Business Management.They need to revise their Accounts Receivable Department.I went in to make a payment by check or cash since my card was lost & I am currently awaiting my new one.They told me in order to pay check or cash I must have a test done the same day?!Also when I went for my tests they charged me $400+ so why didn’t they include everything at once!What a waste of time!

I made an appointment at this location. 90 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I get a text message telling me when I arrive, to click the provided link and it gave me a different address from where I made the appointment. I texted back to ask, do I arrive at the location where I made the appt and then click the link with a different address, or just go to the address they just provided. I got no response. I called their local number and was connected to a regional office, then connected to a National call center. The person answering my call was just as confused as I was. I then told her to cancel my appointment. Problem solved.
