I needed my windshield replaced on my 17 years old car. I found the customer service to be excellent; from making the appointment on the phone to the manager, Tina, patiently helping me rectify an invoice error. The tech, Carlos, did an excellent job. He was on time, very personable, efficient and knowledgeable and meticulous in making sure the install was perfect. I highly recommend Safelite Bridgeport Mobile service.

The technician Tracy that helped was wonderful but office person was ridiculous. The window that they replaced leaks but they insist that it had a perfect seal. I am definitely not an expert in auto window glass but in my mind a perfect seal should prevent water from entering the vehicle. UGH! Have Tracy replace your window. Not Scott or find a different company for window replacement!

This north Ave location is amazing. I had a small chip on my windshield, so I stop by just for a price. Jackie, my service representative was so friendly and easy to talk to, she was able to give me a quote same day and have it repaired in less then 30min. Wow, that's customer service.

I had a broken window in the driver side passenger door I filled out the diagram showing which window needed to be replaced, schedule the appointment at Danbury I got a message saying they didn't get the part I have to reschedule my appointment the new appointment was at Bridgeport, They misread the diagram showing which window needed to be replaced, they got the wrong part, said they would call by the end of the day, and did not, now I have this plastic patch that is so noisy in my car I can't hear anything, not to mention that my car is not secure I cannot lock it securely, I'm expecting more problems, not happy

A+++ service, everyone is so friendly especially (Jackie) at the front. I had a chip in my windshield so I stop by for a repair price. The price was excellent and I was able to have the repair done right away, not even 30min wait. Plus my wiper blades were bad, got those replaced at a great price. Definitely recommend this location and the atmosphere is very clean and comfortable waiting room.

They destroyed the vertical roof support pillar cover inside of our vehicle when doing a simple windshield replacement in the spring of 2023. They told us at the time the part needed to be ordered to replace and fix their mistake and would be in about a week later. Here we are in February of 2024 and still no replacement or fix. We have called, emailed, stopped by and reached out on social with no response.

The automated phone system has no way to actually speak to a human in the actual physical location. This is a deal breaker to me. It need to be corrected.

Safelite did a very nice job. It took about 45 mins all in to replace the windshield and test it. Vargas was my technician and he did a very nice professional job. Very good service.

Paid almost 500$ and they wait until after i pay to inform me that they damaged my car. After calling me 3 times and to tell me I'm all set. Never withhold information like that. I recurve no paperwork regarding my replacement part. Gave me a disgusting attitude when I inquired how they were going to address it, when i got to the store. Store manager mumbled answers to my questions as they walked away from me. Also scratches on my door they claim were already there and there's nothing they can do about it. Disgusting experience and I will never do business there again. Unprofessional and clearly untrained. She(manager) also stated that they did order a replacement and rudely said they will call me whenever the part came in and couldn't offer any sort of time frame. Super ghetto attitude. I couldn't be more unhappy. Thank you.Also, there is still glass inside my door. They didn't bother to finish the job and you can hear the glass when opening and closing the door.

The most: polite, patient, responsive and seamless process. Great training with a prompt and reliable customer centric approach. They anticipate questions and communicate at the highest level. We had to replace two windshields. One was complex and had to be done in their shop and the other they installed at my home. It was a team effort from the people who answered the phone to the customer service in store and all the way through to the technician in the shop and the mobile technician who came to my home. These guys are professionals and were prepared, clean and thorough.

Avoid this place like covid. Not sure if every is as horrible as bridgeport locationHad a crack in windshield from a Rock on highway. Insurance sent out safelite. Guy shows up to the job with another cracked windshield. Apparently they don't check the glass before loading to truck because "the plastic is still on it" so had to reschedule. Second glass they order had a scratch or something alsoThey finally get good glass in I bring my car to shop they install windshieldI get my car back and the Clear coat around windshield is peeling and the plastic cowl thing under windhsield installed wrong they put it under windshield instead of overBring car back to show them so they can make it right. The manager instantly just starts throwing out every excuse of how there's no way they did it.First he explains there's absolutely no way we could of did that when installing windshield we use special tools. Clearly something happened so then he proceeds to another angle to not take responsibility and says oh that looks old. Doesn't that look old. No bro that wasn't there this morning before I dropped off car. He says we'll there's nothing I can do now I need to take your number.Takes my number weeks pass nothing I call and call finally my insurance adjuster got ahold of manager who said the same bull he did to me. There's no way we could of did itTHEN WHO DID IT IT DOESNT JUST MAGICALLY PEEL ALL BY ITSELFThey then tell me to call the managers training manager who told me he refuses to take responsibility because I am unable to talk to him like a princess and because I use curse words after fighting for a week trying to get this fixed. He is only denying responsibility because they don't like my attitude oh no. So sad. You still damaged my car regardless of what I say or how I say it so therefore should be paid.Will be taking them to court over this. Ridiculous horrible company
