Should have known something was up when she asked me to pay first. Did a terrible job. Nails are rushed and shape is not what I wanted also there is no color on my nail tips which I hate and the nail tech gave me attitude after I tipped her very well. I just left instead of making a big deal out of it but I’m unhappy with results and will not be returning. Also didn’t get a massage or any callus removal for pedicure and was charged extra for a mask I never received.

They only take cash and there’s no sign to let you know that until they tell you after and hold onto your belongings. The staff is nice but verrrrryyy slow. It once took me 4 hours to get my nails done. The other day I got my toes done French style and it took the tech an hour to do it. She couldn’t communicate or get the white line straight, nails not cut right, paint rubbing off because she didn’t dry it well 3 times. I was still disappointed when I left. They get 2 stars because they’re nice and if you don’t like what they do, they correct the issue or try to. My mom got her toes done and the next day (literally) the polish came off whole on four toes.

Ive been going to Lynn for years. I was a first customer for the tattoo eyebrows. At first I was upset but Lynn said mommy give it a few days and wala they were exceptional 10 year later I went to get them done again and again wala. I get so many compliments on my eye brows. I have very seldom been unsatisfied but Lynn always fixed that. So people that are saying bad service without fixing the situation is beyond my belief. I’ve moved down south and I come here to get everything done before I go home that’s the only way I let them redo or refill anything down south but I don’t them do eyelashes. And today I’m here again to get their services on 8/18/23 and will have to come back before my birthday on 9/2/57. Lynn I know sometimes I can be a bit much but I always have to return you❤️❤️❤️❤️
