I’ve been going to a family mechanic for over 20 years and I needed to find a new one. A co-worker recommend Tony. If you have a BMW bring it to Tex Auto. The service, the speed, and quality is unmatched. I promise you won’t find anyone as knowledgeable, friendly, and professional as Tony.

This is an awesome place to get your BMW fixed. They work efficiently and they take after market warranty (carshield), so the bill wasn't so bad either. Highly recommend this place.

I had Tex auto do some work on my cars a few years ago I had no issues. The service was good. I like the price and the owner or the gentleman running the place was very polite. I can only speak from my own experience.

What a nightmare. Their mechanic (Mark) took my money, put shocks on my car, complained every step of the way, and when I drove off every single check engine light went on and the car was making crazy noises. He told me to come back the next day, that it was like that because he touched my coils and I needed new coils. I went back, and after he "fixed it" my car died. He told me I should put a bomb in my car and file a claim. (How reassuring) I was told by another man there that I could keep my car there for the night, that it wouldn't be a problem. The next day he demanded $380 cash before even beginning more work on my car without telling me what was wrong with my car. I decided not to have him work on it and I called triple A to tow my car back home. He was holding my keys hostage and telling me I had to pay $35 for keeping my car there for the night. When I got home I found my engine cover and valve cover stuffed in my trunk and all my bolts were stolen. He is denying it saying he put them in the trunk. I have 3 witnesses who saw themselves that they were not in my trunk and saw how he recklessly stuffed my covers back there. WHO DOES THAT?

This place is shady. They allow one of the mechanics named Mark to do side work in their business. Mark was supposedly helping one of my friends and he ends up not fixing her car and stealing hundreds of dollars worth of parts out of her car. He then blocks her in his phone and refuses to give the parts or money he stole back. I highly recommend you avoid this place

A couple of years ago I took my BMW to this service location. The owner told me that I needed a new battery. He ordered one over night. In the interim, I took my car to the dealership where I purchased it. They told me that my battery was fine - indeed, it is still working fine two years later. The Tex owner was dishonest with me and tried to make a cheap buck. Flash forward, I took my BMW to him recently when I needed a service engine light extinguished. He did some work to the tune of over $100 that did not fix the light and then recommended I purchase a valve that would fix the problem. Since I was moving out of state a day later, I ordered this part and had it installed in my new home state. It also did not solve the problem. I recommend you stay away from this service location both for their dishonesty and their failure to properly diagnose a mechanical issue.
