The j is the best ! Clean and well maintained with a variety of exercise programs to benefit health . The facility boasts a wonderful indoor pool . I enjoy acquatic aerobic classes , during covid class limits and mask requirements exist . Can be difficult to sign up for class due to covid limits . A great place to stay fit .

I Love this gym, However, The lack of a water fountain is truly annoying. They only have a bottle fill station in the ENTIRE GYM. Providing an alternative would be beneficial. Staff is usually super sweet about giving you a cup, most of the time, but it's really inconvenient and it interrupts my workouts when I forget mine. The personal trainers are really awesome. I would definitely recommend any one of them. The only other things is they never post holiday hours online so we end up coming early and they are closed. We enjoy the facility.

I've been a member of J Fitness for 1.5 years now and I work out 2-3x/week. What I love about J Fitness is, it's clean, has all the equipment you will ever need, is rarely over-crowded, and the staff is friendly and top-quality. I valued the free, 60-min personalized training session. I'm loving the yoga classes, all of which are included in a monthly fee. You sign up with a promotion which adds value right away. I highly recommend this gym.

I have been a part of this gym for over a year and I LOVE it. It has more of a private club feel due to its friendly staff and other gym goers. It has everything I need (great variety of classes, kind and knowledgeable instructors, a nice pool for training) and I never have to wait for a machine. It is always clean and other members are very respectful.

I love this facility. The staff is fabulous! It doesn’t matter what time of day I arrive, the staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly and willing to go over and above to assist. Just to mention a few, Lori, pool manager is a “class act”. Trisha, Justin, JJ, Javier are all manning the front desk.Also, you don”t have to worry about cleanliness, it’s always clean and the staff can be seen cleaning and tidying up throughout the facility.I applaud the management team. it starts at the top and for sure this facility is run like a fine tuned machine.If your new to the area of thinking about making a move, I give them two ?? up!

It has been 3 months I have enrolled, I love the place and the staff is so good and the place is well maintained and clean. The group class are awesome and the swimming pool is clean and well maintained too… Trainers are excellent ??- Gym is bit expensive , but overall it’s a excellent and friendly place.. Love the J Fitness. The staff is very friendly and Kim runs a great operation. All the classes are lead by great trainers. Very clean facilities. My wife and I have been members since it opened.

I joined in November and have loved the place. It's clean, friendly and easy to work with. The pool is great and not over chlorinated. I recommend it highly.

J Fitness is exceptionally well managed and clean. There are a diverse list of classes with engaging instructors. Love the fact that there is lap swimming availability.

The J is the best kept secret in Fairfield County! This gym is small, friendly and well maintained. The Olympic sized pool is a warm 84 degrees and offers H2O classes weekly. A mixture of aerobic and strength & conditioning classes are taught by professional fitness trainers and you can complete a workout with a sauna and shower! The J has been the best investment I made in myself!

Absolutely amazed at this impeccable innovative fitness club! The staff is second to none as they are knowledgeable friendly polite and very personable. The facility itself is gorgeous with state of the art equipment and pool. They offer invigorating diverse classes with awesome instructors that encourage everyone to reach their potential. I feel that this hidden gem can offer A comfortable safe and inspiring environment from the beginner to the seasoned athlete. Highly recommend visiting the J.
