I went to pick up at 7:00 am because my appointment was at 7:30 am 2 U-Box for a delivery to CA and the woman since I arrived received me with an attitude of arrogance and RACIST to the max, she told me that the part where the Pickups are made opens at 9:00 am, I went in reverse through the back street to the business to wait 2 hours, after that time I went back to the front because it was already 9:20 am and it was time that no one opened the back of the place, then she tells me that she is going to print the sheets for me and I signed them and she sends me back to the back and says give me a few minutes and I'll go there, she arrives 25 minutes later in her car and she gets out to turn on the forklift and she brings up the 2 boxes just like that at the entrance of the trailer and left them as far as she wanted, when she should have put them all the way to the bottom of the trailer. trailer, I told him to go through them to the bottom and he told me that he could NOT, that if I had to pick up another load that they would move them there to the distance that I occupied and he left him talking to himself, I had to ask the favor in the next place where I picked up another load of having the 2 U-Boxes go to the back of the trailer to finish the work that the woman didn't finish doing, so as not to argue with a woman I avoided making any comments and I didn't have a good experience On that site, the Woman's name is Ashley Q. Terrible service from her 👎🏻. Shame on the image that woman leaves for the prestige that that company has, she should not work in customer service because she is disgusting and bloody.

I picked up my rental around 10:20am on 9/14/2024. The two women who were working were very rude. The first was driving a uhaul van. While trying to cross the street I could see she was yelling at me while inside the vehicle with all the windows up. I crossed the street. She proceeded to stop in the lane of traffic, open her door and yell at me "DIDN'T YOU HEAR ME!? YOU CAN'T PARK THERE." I informed her I was picking up and I would be on my way.
The next woman inside informed me of the same thing, no please and thank, no smile, but considering she wasn't yelling a vast improvement. They was incredibly unhelpful though, talking to each other (when the woman in the van returned) and seemed very irritated I didn't use their app. Both employees never once smiled, said thank you, or showed any signs of friendliness. They seemed very angry that I was there or that they had to work. Personally, I will never use this uhaul location again.

A nightmare of an experience. My storage units changed overnight; I was directed to the wrong loading bay; I couldn't access or find my storage units; my swipe card didn't work; no one would help me; all of this while I was paying movers to sit in 90+ degree weather. A disaster. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

Horrible customer service. Employees are completely rude and don't help with anything. Finding your truck is like a treasure hunt without a map. You have To guess at which vehicle is yours. If you don't know how to read minds, don't come here. The staff doesn't help but expect you to understand how it works.

WAAAAYYY too aggressive in how they manage, the penalties they charge, locking your unit with a late payment. I am a renter and wish I was elsewhere. The ownership of this location is not pleasant to do business with. Find an establish that is fair in it's business practices.

Uhaul has become the worst company to ever try to deal with. The customer service is non existent. There online reservation system flat out lies to you. I tried to rent a truck at a local location. They took the reservation only to call me and tell me the truck could only be picked up 40 miles away. I looked up the location and the rating of that sight made me puke. I call and refused to pick up the truck there and they canceled the reservation and told me I could pick up a truck 90 miles away. I called management to complain and they only thing the manger cared about was if I read the disclaimer on the website as if they wanted to make sure I could not sue them. I will never try to rent from Uhaul. No service, no quality.

Cleared out a unit the day before payment. Came in the next morning too close out. The manager closed me out and I asked if I will get refunded. The manager said " she didn't know I should have gone on line to close it the night before ". I called customer service and told them, Customer service said the manager had the ability to refund me. I called back and the manager said that she'll see what see can do..... REALLY! I didn't get refunded a few days later but what if I didn't call customer service ? BAD BUSINESS.

After a monumental mistake of messing up my reservation of a 5 am pickup and having to stand outside a closed business for 2 hours I still ended up with a 400 plus bill. The days of accountability and doing right by the customer are long gone! Making money is the ultimate endgame. Reputation, integrity, accountability are all an ideal for a lost generation. U-Haul has truly dropped the ball and chose profit over people!

Rented a truck from jersey, moved couches came back to this excuse of a location, no one behind the counter then very unfriendly face comes to the door and waves me outside.... very professional. Dude never says a word walks around the van I literally just filled truck back to half , all he says is he's charging me for fuel I said it's at half then he sends me an email and says notjing just proceeds to mope around the yard. I'll never use uhaul again after that. Also that guy clearly doesn't like to do actual work
