Well it's been 2 days and I still haven't received my refund for the truck. And yet they charges me the full $100 when my bill was only $61 and some change. So now with my busy schedule I'm going to have to make calls to uhaul again and to my bank..

I’d give zero stars if I could. Place is running a scam accusing customers of damage when there wasn’t any. They know the self check-in/check-out feature in the app crashes most of the time and so pictures don’t come through. Guaranty there is a direct correlation with those customers that waive the insurance and also have “truck damage”. Rent from Enterprise, Budget or Penske and avoid these crooks like the plague.

We had to use their services to rent a vehicle in order to make a move and the ease of being able to do everything online was great. My son took care of all the reservations and it was easy to get in and out. They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the unwelcoming attendant who assisted us when we were returning the vehicle. But overall the experience was pretty much easy to get in and out.

5 stars for the woman behind the counter this morning- she was running that place like a well oiled machine. Negative 73 stars for the imbecile that thought it would be a good idea to convert "old school" uhaul pickups at the desk to an app. A few hints: 1) make sure you have working wifi in your business before forcing your customers to use it to attempt signing in to a non- functioning app. 2) when your pos app doesn't work, just allow the customer to convert to an in person pick up (in person) 3) the level of security I went through- although needed, was kind of silly. I've photographed my ct driver's license more in the past week for the "reservation " than in my entire life, and still needed to do it once more there. Sorry but tech is not always the answer.

I was shocked at how rude the staff was. I’ve rented UHauls before but I think the cherry on top was the threatening tone the woman at the counter took when she told us that if we put a single scratch on the car, we have to pay. I’m ok with paying and taking care of the equipment that I rent, but yikes, I didn’t expect to be treated so horribly when I haven’t done anything wrong. Just come prepared if you plan on doing business at this location.
