Somehow my package says delivered and never came. I go check my tracking status and turns out it was delivered to a whole other address. This needs to be fixed it’s happening to many times.

Post offices are tough places. Sometimes we (customers) are guilty of not getting exactly what we want how we want and we tend to have attitudes and then get upset when our attitudes are matched by the HUMAN employees that also may have had bad days.
I watched Noele deal with everyone with kindness and even people who tried to skip the line because they forgot a transaction (I am people) and she helped me. Everyone was very kind, open to help, and overall it was a great experience. You may not get perfect help every time, but I appreciate the good deeds!

A line of people in lobby for 9 a.m. open employees inside but still opened late once again a line of people on a Saturday morning and only one clerk at the counter.

420pm three clerks dissapear and leave one to deal with a line of customers. It's really an abuse of customer service. I waited 20 mins just to mail my parcel.

This post office should be embarrassed with themselves, the customer service is awful. I went to them for help in regards to receiving my father’s mail to MY new address that is located in a different town. I spoke to two different people about the situation since one of the employees started screaming at me and later hung up on me because “I wasn’t allowing her to speak nor come up with a solution”, all because I asked a question that contradicted what she was saying. The excuse both employees were giving him was that the system wasn’t recognizing the difference in names. That they only go based of the first three letters of the first and last name. Mind you our first names are completely different. He later suggested me that the only option I have is to have my father or I drive to eachother to deliver our mail because of an error in there system.

Discrimination from the supervisor she was rude and made me have to travel from NY 2 times for mail then harassed me for proof of address then still lied about the mail being forwarded to my new Address.Had to travel a 3rd time for an hour to get mail when it could have been resolved the first time . She should not work in customer service.
