Discrimination from the supervisor she was rude and made me have to travel from NY 2 times for mail then harassed me for proof of address then still lied about the mail being forwarded to my new Address.Had to travel a 3rd time for an hour to get mail when it could have been resolved the first time . She should not work in customer service.

The absolute worst!!! Scheduled a passport renewal and when the time came the clerk informed me that the appointments that day was canceled. I would’ve been okay if the clerk didn’t lack empathy and did her job to inquire on WHY. The lack of professionalism was crazy!

My male has been coming to me either the corner of the mail is open or this has been fully opened as this letter came today, February 26th time 2:00 p.m. my mail has been fully opened. I don't think anything's going to be done about this, but every time my mail comes in and being put in my mailbox open I'm going to take a picture and I'm going to give them a rating maybe someone to get back to me,

I don't know will help but I'm tired of the delivery person saying they delivered my packages when they did not. This is my 4th time missing so called delivered item. When it's not missing completely its partially open and missing part or some of what's inside and I'm having this problem from 2019. Worse part of it I was giving the utilities in my hand from the person and no package then they scan and say item was delivered. They need to take pictures like Amazon because I walked my whole block and no one had it. I'm a stay at home mom and have a door camera so I know it wasn't left.

Slow, but what post office is fast? Ha! I've been here and experienced poor customer service (during height of pandemic) and also decent service. Could just be a reflection of the amount of customers. Not sure, but I've always gotten done what ever I went there for. There's signs, materials to purchase, self service opportunities, po boxes, etc. Large parking lot in shopping center with other sites. Easy in and out busy Boston Ave.

The line is always out the door. The supervisor Flor is the worst. She's so unprofessional, she's rude and she talks over you. If you ask to speak with her she takes 20 mins just to come to the lobby door and she when she does arrive she can never help you. However I must say the manager at the station he seems much more educated and has better customer service than flor. I really avoid going there!

If I could give this office 0 zero stars I would. I have come here multiple times to receive packages and even to sort out and addressing issue. Every single time, I have been treated with disrespect and little to no regard about my problems. Even if you don't take into account the disrespect, the wait times are long because they choose to not help you or deal with you later. I have never been angry enough at an establishment to write a review. This is my first review on this app and I hope you take my heed. Mind you I have interacted with employees, supervisors, and managers. The attitude and rudeness only increases as you go up the chain of command. This is such a sad location. I'd go somewhere else if it wasn't for the fact that this was a government sanctioned building that I'm required to go to due to my address. May god forbid that you ever have to go here.
