They need to close this place down already!!! been years dealing with them and it has not gotten better Horrible service!!! Pharmacy people are horrible with attitudes!!!This place is the worst ever!!! every time I call I cant even get someone and If I do want to speak with someone I always have to wait over a hour. Literally on the phone as I'm typing this and I called at 9am when they first opened and still on hold it is now 10:26am its been saying that only 1 caller ahead but I been on the phone waiting and nothing at all! when I go there they seem like the have attitudes especially the one on North Ave. I switched to Park Ave thinking it will be any better and not at all any better!!! Walgreens in general is horrible the wait times in drive thru or walking in is ridiculous. They have to do better all around. I will be looking into another pharmacy because I absolutely HATE Walgreens and the Service they provide !!!! Definitely need better management in these places !!! I have videos and screenshots of my calls !!!! also screen recorded the time I've been on hold and will be bringing this to upper management !!!!!! 0 Stars !!! Shut this place down right away !!!!

The worst customer service. Called about my prescription and lady on phone was rude as hell. Didn't give me a chance to explain anything just was giving attitude and rushing off phone. This place has the worst customer service I ever experienced. They act like you bothering them when you there. Don't wanna help and very unwelcoming. I'm gonna switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy because I know it's not change..

The services are terrible. They always have attitude or they don't know nothing at all. Also is not safety having people front of the door asking for money or they High of drugs or alcohol. The security need to be more professional because they are not. Any department you need hemp they always take the time or they don't know nothing. They need to be CLOSED or have employees care about the community.

LISTEN YALL .. DONT EVER EVER ORDER PRODUCTS ONLINE AND PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION … people dem in that store moving rel slow. I placed an order online for pickup .. no one started working on my order. When I went in the store, the cashier didn’t want to help me at all. Please get better workers.

Everything about them is trash from the security Gaurd on down joesph the manager is garbage really rude don't no how to speak to People he lucky I ain't punch him in his face 940 p.m today never going back and ppl don't deal with them
