The taste and quality of meat is always consistent and top notch. I highly recommend them as I have to all of my family and friends.”
“I had never been to this type of establishment before so I was a little lost looking at all the selections at the meat counter. The man working there was super friendly and gave me tips on how to cook the meat and even gave me a free sample of something else he recommended. It was awesome seeing them taking the meat and squeeze fresh orange juice and add plenty of spices to it. Amazing experience. I will be back.”
“Really nice store for high-quality deli meats. They have a good variety of deli meats that I like to put on my sandwiches almost every day. They also have some good ice cream from Hershey's (the ice cream company) sold in freezers. They slice and cut slices of deli correctly and the way I want the slices to be. It's a busy store for some things.”

“I’ve been looking for Djon Djon for two years. I moved to CT from Boston and have been driving around various towns looking for a Haitian Caribbean market but have had no luck. Fortunately, I’ve been able to purchase many of my ingredients from the Puerto Rican markets but today I drove around again and finally found Djon Djon Maggi cubes also in the dry form. I bought enough to share and just in time for Thanksgiving.”
“We received a gift certificate to this steak place and rather than order online we went to a physical store. When you walk in don't expect a store like atmosphere but one of a car dealership with a salesman waiting to pounce on you. I know what I want but the only way to see anything is what the salesman shows you. They will present special package upon special package with great markdowns from the full price. ( I doubt anybody pays full price.) The quality is good but remember everything is frozen and not fresh. Steak, to me, looses some texture after it is frozen. We came in with a $100 gift card and left spending $98 more.”

“I recently discovered Broad Brook Beef and was pleasantly surprised. I bought some of their beef and jams and they were absolutely delicious. The country store is so neat! Just behind the store is a full running farm with all sorts of animals for the kids to see. I will definitely be returning sometime soon.”
