Javier is exceptional at his job. He truly cares about helping people. I had a complex issue regarding my business that he was working on with me and he was still able to help two other customers simultaneously while managing the store by himself. Great guy.

Seems like an urgent thing, I was having issues with my phone on my way to my appointment and I use my phone as gps, I was stranded with no gps due to no signal went to this AT&T and it says open at 10 so I went came back at 10 and I waited and waited until the only employee came from the back of the building and opened the door and went in this was around 10:15 and he went in and not to be seen again until 10:34 he came in we couldn’t ask questing as he’s got to deal with one person at a time, we have to wait for the other lady to finish backing up her phone before he’s able to answer my question I realize it wasn’t worth the wait, no network on my phone so I couldn’t search for any nearby AT&T but I know there’s one at Waterbury mall so I went there where they were able to let me use my phone to call AT&T and my problem was resolved. Don’t know why the only employee had to sit in front of the lady and watch her back up her phone when 5 of us were waiting to ask a question or 2

Usually not one to leave bad reviews, but I went into this store yesterday to upgrade my phone. The one and only employee that was there, I believe he told me was 23... knew nothing about the changes on the iphones or androids (fine) everybody has to start somewhere.. but had nothing put out to begin with because he said he didn't feel like doing anything that day. There were zero phones on display. I showed up at 230PM. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't even need to be there and he already hit his quota for the month. That he makes money in real estate and has a great life, spends all his money from his job there at the casino. He kept saying "YO" every other sentence which needless to say is unprofessional ... I wanted to buy the phone on the spot to just keep it moving because I figured out what I wanted, but after sitting around for 10 more minutes for the safe to unlock he finally told me he only had it in green. At that point I was just ready to leave. Left a real bad taste in my mouth. Speaking on behalf of someone who is has been in automotive sales for 6 years and has to live up to customer service standards daily. Maybe you should check who represents your establishment as well.
