The produce freshness is appalling, and the deli, not only was the guy nearly def, but he didn't know a word of English. I said "turkey" he repeated back with "turkey, don't undertsand" and I had to point out what the turkey was, lastly his gloves were DISGUSTING, and cross contaminated my turkey with other bits of meats and whatever else was on his gloves. Not.to mention the near 20 minute wait WITHOUT ANYONE IN LINE because the guy didn't notice me, no matter what I did to get his attention. Cmon guys, it's clear you just don't care. Quit your damn job if it's that much of a problem for you

Curbside pickup is a wait game. The app doesn’t work as dead cell zone. No wifi outside side of club. Wait and wait. BJS doesn’t answer telephone, wait & wait. If wasn’t handicapped I could have purchased faster myself. Discount on pickup don’t work. Wait & wait.

Paid 250 for ear buds, then had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get them, only jokes on you, since I was already in the returns/membership/getting what you paid for line, I just returned them.

Tire shop needs customer service training. I was charged for service that I didn’t receive and told by service provider that he is busy I should go to customer service to correct his mistake.

I come here for the deli. But 2 people ahead of me took 35 minutes again today. This middle age deli clerk cant really be this slow. Its like she was doing it on purpose to get people frustrated and leave. And only 1 clerk too. I dred getting coldcuts every time.

This store, sometimes is above and beyond with their service sometimes they're a major dissapointment like last night. First, they had no yams. The produce man tells me they haven't had yams in a while. Not true, I was there a week ago and bought four bags. Then you move on to the deli. One clerk waiting on all these people on his own. WTH is the problem? Doesn't this store care for the evening customers? where is the customer service you suppose to be offering to those faifthful evening customers giving you the same kind of business day shoppers do? If you're open until nine the service should be the same for everyone. We used to be Costco customers we then switched over to BJs and we truly regret it. Three years with Costco and not one issue. You know how many issues we've encounter @ BJ's, a lot.

Bjs please let the guys who check the items at the door know that if he is going through receipts with a fine tooth comb, he should do it for everyone, no matter what they look like. Also let him know that some of us have other places to be...he needs to move faster.Everything else was great, but that guy pulled you down to 1 star for me.

I went to BJ's on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 around noon. A cashier who took care of me at register #15, who was also training a new young man, treated me very rudely. At first she asked me where did I get my necklace, I couldn't remember, so I said "I think Amazon". She then started lecturing me about how she will never give him her money and that I should do the same. Specially being a minority (I'm Hispanic) which is very rude of her. I'm very passive person, so I just laughed it off and left immediately. I don't feel comfortable going to this store again.

This review isn't specifically about the store but more of a reflection on the management as well as the BJ's Tire Center. After holding off from writing this negative review for three weeks, my hand (or fingers since this is a keyboard) has been forced. I went to BJ's to have two tires replaced, one of which had an issue. Two of my tires were replaced, however the problem tires were rotated from the rear to the front of the vehicle. One of the new tires blew out the next day. Luckily for me, the tire was replaced two days later by BJ's as it may have been defective. One of the perks of the service from BJ's Tire Center is that they had let me put the tire on myself in their parking lot as opposed to one of the BJ's Certified Tire Technicians, this obviously adds to the customer experience. After not hearing any response from store management, I contacted corporate. I had not heard anything back for about two weeks. I contacted corporate and they contacted the store where the manager was prompted to contact me. The manager mentions to come in and see him about a refund or gift card. I think that was the best part of the experience. Upon arriving and speaking with the store manager as well as the Regional Tire Center Trainer, I was given the news that there was nothing that could be done since there is an issue with my rim. Regardless, the store manager offered me a $10 gift card. So all in all, I would recommend BJ's if you'd like to spend $325 dollars for two new tires that you didn't need in the first place and spent countless hours in the BJ's Tire Center. In fact, I think I only need four more hours to become a BJ's Certified Tire Technician, maybe next time they'll let me put the tire on in the garage. Feel free to contact me BJ's, if you have anymore questions.

Clean store but really bad at maintaining a decent stock level. The deli workers are friendly and professional but severely understaffed. Due to understaffing you should avoid the deli unless you have at least 30 to 60 minutes to wait in line. I blame store management for the deli issues more than the deli staff though.

The person who refilled my propane tank had some major attitude. You don’t need to be friendly just professional.
