Classes for youth available during the day M-F. While it's admirable to be providing arts enrichment for children who are home schooled, it leaves the majority of the population completely unserved.

I was introduced to Woodturning at the Brookfield Craft Center about two years ago, and it has become a fun and encompassing hobby for me. I have also taken a number of classes, and always got very helpful suggestions. I want to thank David Heim for leading the open sessions.

Brookfield Craft Center is a magical place with myriad opportunities for curious folks to explore the limits of their imagination. Experienced, thoughtful and intuitive teachers inspire us to try, to learn from our mistakes, try again... the result is the joy of the creative process.
I just took Intro to Welding and Forging with Andrew Chapman, who I can't say enough good things about. He's a master and a patient guide. I look forward to taking many more workshops at Brookfield.

I took the stacking rings class and had a great time. Lori was an amazing teacher and we all walked out with several rings! I learned a lot of different techniques and will be returning to take another class with Lori as soon as I can. Highly recommended!

Do not support this business unless you agree with a business that discriminates against children if they are not covid vaccinated and masked up. Horrible place

Horrible experience! My daughter was looking forward to participating in a craft here, she was turned away because she couldn't wear a mask. My daughter is 9, and suffers from asthma, especially with the warm/humid weather it can be difficult for her, especially with a mask on. How could an older teacher who has been vaccinated multiple times along with her mask feel nervous or apprehensive being around a young girl who is healthy and not sick! It is a shame that this place would treat my daughter with such prejudice and judgement and not accept her for how she is. I will be making sure the school system no longer uses this facility for their yearly programs. I am a tax payer and I have numerous families who feel the same way! This will not continue! Follow the science people!!!

They have amazing, diverse craft classes with very experienced instructors who find joy in teaching others the craft they love so much. The classes are small in order for every person to get one on one pointers. It is a wonderful experience. You come away learning about a new craft & maybe a brand new hobby or career. Try it. It may surprise you.

My son took a private blacksmithing class with Chris and it was amazing. We just set him up for two more classes. What a cool experience to be able to work in the forge. Chris was patient and enthusiastic and really knew his audience.

Great Classes and gift shop in a nice, restored old mill . Wonderful instructors! An asset to not just the community but the area.

I took a class at the Brookfield Craft Center last year. That was a lot of fun, the teacher was good and adaptable to the students needs, the facilities had what we needed. Highly recommend the classes. I also highly recommend their gift shop, it has a nice selection of glassware, photography, pottery, etc. at reasonable prices.

I always wanted to visit the Brookfield Craft Center and this afternoon my husband and I stopped there after stopping at a wonderful small coffee and bakery store (Ironworks Cafe) right across the street. First greeting we received at the Brookfield Craft Center was where are your mask? No hello, I understand the mask request but how about being a little friendlier about your request. We had our mask but after coming from the cafe and experiencing such a warm welcome and no mask request we were still in that mindset. With my mask on I walked and looked at the different items for sale. As I was looking to buy some Xmas gifts. When leaving I said to the woman who was not looking at me as I said, ok, thank you, and no response and no effort from her to look up. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER go back!!!!
