Horrible practice. Won’t be going back. Been suffering from hip pain for 3 months which is most likely due to menopause, they just said I needed to see an orthopedic, didn’t run any other tests or offer any medication for the inflammation. Nothing but a bunch of nurse practitioners who don’t have a clue! Told me to go to the ER if the pain has gotten worse and I can’t wait for my orthopedic appt. This is such a failure of our healthcare system why our hospitals are overrun and ER’s are clogged. I was also told by Danbury specialty clinic that my pcp was to order my X-ray before going to my referral. Such incompetence!

They canceled my appointment and never contacted me. They claim they sent me a letter about 7 months ago but I never received it and I received a text message 3 days before my appointment reminding me of the appointment. It’s 2024, why wouldn’t you call me to cancel and reschedule at the same time instead of some fake claim that you sent a letter? They would do nothing to help me and only offered to reschedule the appointment. I have been going here for over 20 years and they treated me like trash. They charge if I miss an appointment yet I lost money today and I get no compensation. If I can’t trust you to actually notify me when you cancel my appointment, why should I trust you to interpret my health and medication needs? Terribly run practice!

5 STARS!!! I’ve had 2 emergency visits for heart issues. I had to go to get a referral. Doctors are very thorough and listen to everything you have to say! They were able to see me promptly and avoid a huge emergency room bill. I love this practice!!!

My experience with Nuvance Health Medical Practice - Primary Care in Brookfield was disappointing and frustrating. I scheduled an appointment three months in advance, only to have it canceled by the clinic a week before the scheduled date due to an issue with the doctor's availability. What made matters worse was that I wasn't informed of the cancellation until I called two days before my appointment.The receptionist I spoke with was very rude, adding to the unpleasantness of the situation. While I was given the option to reschedule, the prospect of waiting another couple of months for an appointment was inconvenient and frustrating. She told me that the doctor was human and things come up like is I wasn’t a human myself.In light of the disappointing experience, I prefer to wait three months to reschedule with another primary care doctor rather than risk having my appointment canceled again at Nuvance Health,The uncertainty and lack of consideration for patients' time and schedules make it difficult to trust the reliability of their services.

Terrible customer service. They always have me waiting when I arrive for an appointment, but the one time I was a bit late (5-7 minutes), they told me the doctor could no longer see me despite the lobby being entirely empty. I asked to be squeezed in with just the nurse to get my vaccine and they stated they cannot give it to me unless I see the doctor (even though I had a prescription for the vaccine from another doctor in the network and had called ahead to let them know I needed it!)I was not given a vaccine I needed (with prescription), forced to schedule an entire physical, was not accommodate for being a few minutes late, and they are always booked out MONTHS.Will not be going back.

Just started going here and already they’ve been so helpful! I needed a lot of paperwork done for school and Carley has been so helpful in filling out my forms, making sure I got the proper tests ordered, and keeping me in the loop via the portal. Caroline is another receptionist that checked me in for my physical and was a delight! I have seen Jessica Stellato and Claire Messuri both of which were excellent and comforting to see. They listened to my every qualm and question without judgement. Nothing but excellent interactions!

I would like to give no stars but them I can't leave a review every single time I call for a appointment l can't get into to see my dr or they attempt to send me to the er for something so basic they can handle but say you "May need fluids xray or etc".... How did they treat patients for years without this stuff best part is you go to er and they do none of the above and send you home with zofran. It's a shame my vet doesn't see humans I would not let my enemy be seen here they would not make a appointment for you anyways they screen and screen why you are coming in just say you need suture removal from out of state wound and get in. These Dr should loose there medical license for not seeing patents and referring them to er every single time you attempt to make a appointment!

Absolutely awful experience at Nuvance Brookfield! An extremely unpleasant experience with an indian receptionist who was extremely rude and didn't seem bothered about doing her job "someone else was dealing with you so you can wait" even though she was free. Lacked any courtesy, manners or receptionist abilities. More interested in twiddling her thumbs. Cancelled my appointment on the morning of it. I came in to reschedule and they claimed they don't do allergy blood tests, even though my husband had it done their recently!

When this was Brookfield Family Medicine they gave excellent, comprehensive medical treatment by doctors. Now it has slipped considerably. You don't see a doctor anymore. You are now seen by an APRN. Nothing against APRNs; They are very nice to work with, but they are not certified doctors.

Reception Gina need a major attitude adjustment! Love the staff here, but that individual, NOPE. Dr. Trimandilis is PHENOMENAL, LOVE THIS GUY and all the nurses! ?But this establishment has the WRONG person communicating with people. Gina, fix your attitude and how you speak to people, not sure whats going on in your life, hope it gets better. BUT seriously, fix your attitude, absolutely no reason to answer the phone the way you did. It was super ugly.. ? ? if youre not a people person, youve no business doing the very job where you do nothing but communicate with people. Id sooner hang up and call again to speak to someone else! ?? disgusting.
