We booked Coach Tours for our wedding in December. The buses showed up perfectly on time and everything went off without a hitch. Trent in the office was super friendly and helpful, and the drivers were responsible and drove well. If you need a coach bus service I highly recommend them

We booked Coach Tours for our wedding in September. We worked with Colin who was extremely accommodating to our schedule, including multiple hotel stops to pick up guests. They were timely and our guests arrived safely and on time thanks to Coach Tours!

Coach Tours has been a wonderful company that I have used for several different services over the years. I have referred them to friends and family, and each time people came back with nothing but rave reviews for this company. Working with the people in the office, has always been professional, prompt, and very accommodating to what I have needed. The drivers have always been on time, and very helpful, especially with guests that needed "extra care" to board the bus.I would recommend Coach Tours to anyone that is looking for quality service, with competitive prices. They are my "go to" coach service! Keep up the great work Coach Tours!

This bus drivers do not take passenger safety concern s seriously they tailgate other vehicles on the highway they travel in the passing lane they Bob and weave through traffic jerking the entire bus around they are very very reckless and I would never take this bus again ever I would not recommend anybody take a bus like this from this company

Great experience with Trent in booking transportation to shuttle guests to my daughters wedding. The buses were clean and the drivers were on time and professional. Everything was confirmed with us a few days before and we even had the drivers phone numbers. I highly recommend!

I used Coach to provide 3 busses July 17 to transport my wedding guests to / from the hotel and reception. Trent in the Brookfield office was a pleasure to work with. I contracted them on short notice, and he executed what I needed flawlessly. He provided me with the cell numbers for all 3 drivers days in advance. The drivers (Steve, Rob, and Markus) arrived early and treated my guests wonderfully. When I texted them to reach out the day of the trip, they all responded quickly. Thanks guys - you helped make this entire experience stress free. I highly recommend using Coach. Kevin

I just avoided a serious accident due do the reckless driving a Coach Tours driver. The driver appeared to be not paying attention and entered my lane almost running me off the road. I followed the driver into a hotel parking lot and tried to explain the incident to him. He became aggressive and argumentative. It's scary to know that this guy has the lives of so many people in his hands.

This company provided transportation to Mohegan Sun casino. The driver, Don on bus #22 Sunday 5/19/19 is an exceptional driver. Several incompetent drivers cut him off because THEY waited to the last moment to merge into the right traveling lane. With his excellent driving skills the rest of the passengers never even knew what was happening. His use of the GPS rerouted us a few times to avoid traffic jams that could be seen extending off to the horizon; getting us to and from the casino on time. There were even entertainment on the bus, enhancing the ride. And the bathroom was clean and smelled pleasant.

I used coach tours for my wedding this past Saturday April 28th. The week before the wedding, I received a very nasty phone call from a woman named Kelli from Coach Tours, telling me that they had not received final payment and threatening to cancel the service. I fully intended to make the payment and this call was not appreciated given that I had not even had a payment reminder and with the nasty tone. NOT what a bride needs the week before the wedding is having the shuttle service threatening to cancel. On the up side, they were on time and the shuttle service ran smoothly.
