Work is often completed efficiently, sometimes in little over an hour or even before the estimated time, even on busy days. However, experiences can vary. Some customers report issues like incorrect tire balancing requiring a second visit, which can be frustrating. While most praise the value and service, some note that wait times can be long. Overall, many customers are very happy with the work and plan to return.
I was in a pinch for a tire patch, and the costco tire center was so helpful and affordable. As a walk-in, the staff worked super efficiently. They gave me an accurate estimate, and upon arrival my car was ready. Thanks to Lucas and John for their help!
