Pharmacy only - If I could speak to someone in their management to tell them how pathetic are the work ethics of this pharmacy I would.I was on the phone for 45 mins with expressscripts to get my inhaler approved and when I went back to the lady in the pick up section said “oh I see your proscription got approved but we close in 2 mins, sorry come tomorrow and get your inhaler in the meantime you can pick up medicines from the OTC area.” While she was seeing me stand right next to the pharmacy for the last hone hour to get my prescription approved. This is the ethics of the people working there.Not sure if they understand the importance between critical medicines

absolute worst pharmacy I’ve EVER USED!!!They were so rude and disrespectful. I will never go here again! The manager should be talking with the staff there is no need to be spoken to like that

I have been a customer for about 30yrs. Recently this store and pharmacy have been undergoing change.CVS parent company has been in the process of closing locations and cutting staff. I was more than pleased with this location. Over the last few months service has been a problem. I do not think that the problem is with staff the problem is CVS headquarters. I will choose to continue to stay with Brookfield location until It becomes apparent that the problem is with staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. pharmacy is atrocious. Go anywhere else but cvs. Got patched in a 3 way call between my provider and cvs and the pharmacist was disgustingly rude. If you hate your job just say that. Very miserable people time for someone to clean house.

Not sure what is going on at this CVS that I have been a customer of for years. Shelves tend to be sparce. Biggest issue is the pharmacy. I scheduled a flu shot and showed up at my scheduled time. The line was almost out the door so I cancelled it and went to Target CVS a few days later with no wait. Took over 48 hours to fill a prescription. Too bad, in the past I could always count on this store.

I don’t know what’s going on with the pharmacy but they never answer the phone put you on hold forever just to hang up on you!!! The other day I tried calling them 6 times to make sure my prescription went through only for me to show up and there was a problem but because they didn’t answer I had to wait another day. It finally texted it was ready I show up and they tell me it’s not. The again today. I’ve been on hold for a half hour twice just for them to hang up on me!!

Took 7 days to fill a prescription. They told me an hour and it keeps saying not ready. Try to get someone on the phone, never gonna happen. switch your pharmacy..place is terrible

Worse vaccine experience ever! Jessica was the person who gave me the vaccines. She is not a nice person! Was late, rude and very painfully jabbed my arm! First time it hurt so much! And then she told off because of the pain I was startled and moved! Left without looking at me, or even saying good bye! We all have bad days but No need to take it on others particularly in healthcare!

This review is for the pharmacy only - I almost never write reviews, but this place has pissed me off enough to waste 5 more minutes of my time. If this could be a negative score it would be. I've moved around quite a bit for work, and have lived in several different states/towns...this is BY FAR the worst pharmacy I have EVER visited. Both myself and my Dr.'s office spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with them between today and yesterday trying to get my prescription filled at this location. After being hung up on 3 separate times by their staff, we finally managed to get the prescription to show up on the CVS app as "being processed". I waited an hour and then tried calling to make sure it would be ready when I got there. I spent another 15 minutes on hold and when someone finally picked up the phone, I was promptly hung up on again. I really needed the inhaler as I'm completely out right now, so I decided to just go to the store and wait if it wasn't prepared yet. The line was snaking down the isle and I spent another 20 minutes waiting. When it was my turn to be helped, I was told that they don't have the prescription in their system, and they don't have time to check their voicemail today. I told her that it's definitely in their system because it's showing up on the CVS app and I was on the phone with my Dr.'s office while she called it in. She said there's nothing she can do about it and they will not be able to fill my prescription today. Not like I need this medication to breath or anything...I will never step foot in a CVS again after this prescription is finally filled and I'd advise anyone reading this to avoid the pharmacy at this location like the plague.

Must be going out of business.. close whenever they want with no notice , if the hours are till 10:00pm they will close at 9:40... and always a wait.. they are awful

Store is fine. Employees are nice enough. Problem is if you need a pharmacy. They keep shortening pharmacy hours. What’s the point of a pharmacy with short pharmacy hours. They cut hours closing an hour earlier everyday but Saturday when there hours were already short… time for a new pharmacy
