I am currently wheelchair bound. The staff could not be more accommodating. I needed my toe nails cut and since I could not get into the foot wash, the girl got on the floor to take care of my feet. Above and beyond!! I also got a great manicure and neck massage! I can't tell you how wonderful I felt.

I recently went here with my mom for my birthday nails. I had gothic nail art in mind and showed the guy what I had wanted, he instead brought out nail stickers? I picked out a design i wanted but was really disappointed as they seemed to clearly still be learning and offered something else. They had a bit of sloppy work and got product on my finger, the mistakes werent really noticeable to anyone other than me but me and my mom were disappointed with what we got.

I’m really sad to say that my recent visit to this nail salon was disappointing. The ownership has changed, and with it came an entirely new staff, who still seem to need more training. I’ve always trusted the previous team with my nails, and they consistently delivered a great experience, so it’s especially tough to see that quality gone.
During my recent manicure, I was constantly cut, even after I mentioned to the worker that I have delicate cuticles. He reassured me not to be scared, but the cuts kept happening. As for the dip manicure, it turned out thick and uneven, which wasn’t what I was expecting.
I understand the transition with new management, and I really want to support the business as I’ve had great experiences here before. However, I hope they invest in training their staff better so future visits can be as positive as my past ones.

Terrible experience! I went to get a regular manicure and left with bandaids all over my cuticles because I was cut on almost every finger. One of my fingers wouldn’t stop bleeding he cut me so bad and the rest had nicks all over. I ended up saying I don’t want a manicure anymore and leaving it at that. He gave me a $5 coupon for an acrylic manicure for next time, obviously I don’t get acrylic if I came in for a regular manicure so that was a slap in the face. I will never come here again.

Dear Owner,
You recently swapped out your original, regular crew for a new set of employees. I gave them a shot a second time despite being disappointed with the quality of their job and the experience the first time, only to be disappointed once again.
The last time I went, your nail tech not only sanded down my nails so thin that it hurt to put them under the gel lamps, but he also cut my toe which still hurts several days later.
PLEASE bring back your original crew or let me know where you’ve moved them. Delicate Nails is not the same without Arvin,, Given, Olga, Laura and the rest. PLEASE ditch the B-team you’ve got in there now, or I’ll need to find a new nail salon.

Awful experience under new ownership scheduled my appointment with regular nail tech Seema but was never told under new ownership and all new staff. First problem deceiving client second problem my nails came out horrible after being nicked several times powder was extremely thick on my nails. The place is no longer spotless as with previous owners. Staff does not know what they are doing. Really miss Seema and Olga who gave wonderful back massage. Will not return. Does not even deserve a one star.
