Was very pleased using Express Kitchens to upgrade our cabinets and countertops. The look came out beautiful . Special thanks to Daniel (Brookfield) in sales, Serigy installer of cabinets, Mike who did the countertop template and Douglas and Robson who installed the countertop. Sharmin is fabulous and extremely communicative. She pushed for delivery of backsplash to be on time after a factory delay and continued to communicate with us regularly. Very polite, friendly and professional. A great asset to your company. This is my second kitchen in past year for 2 rental properties and both times service was excellent. We just had our kitchen renovated. Very happy with the end result, good quality cabinets, beautiful counter, great appliances at a decent price! Dan, the designer was great to work with, the installation was good. There were a couple of hiccups along the way and I have to say their customer service is not the best, hence the 4 star rating. When looking for knew cabinets I would highly recommend working with Daniel Czernicki at Express Kitchens in Brookfield. He is so knowledgeable on the 3D software he teaches it to others! High quality cabinets with reasonable delivery time.

I used Express Kitchens in 2016 for my remodel, my daughter used them last year for their massive kitchen remodel, and they just completed my new kitchen in my brand new build. They haven’t disappointed me yet!Dan in the Brookfield office is a saint. I completely changed my mind about the whole cabinet and countertop style 2 weeks after we put the original plan together, and he just went with it with a great attitude. He knows how to do a great design and really was fun to work with.My customer service rep Karen was right on top of things and kept me informed of things every step of the way. Very responsive and nice to work with, too.The time between my final order and the install was close to two months. Certainly because of current backlogs in everything construction-wise but mainly because I requested a particular installer. Brian Smith did my daughter’s gorgeous, massive kitchen last year and did such a great job that I requested he do mine too. I had to wait because he’s in high demand! I can’t say enough about Brian’s skill. He is meticulous, professional, the workmanship was flawless, and a super nice guy.I didn’t get the guys’ names who did the counter measuring and install but again, right on the money. Perfect measuring, flawless install of the quartz. Two pretty big pieces and no seams. Impressive!If there was any negative, it would be that a cutout for an outlet at the end of the peninsula had to be done after the fact due to town code (electrician wouldn’t do it because of liability of damaging the cabinet). Knowing that my location is not local for Brian, I asked that when they had someone in the area already, just have them stop by to cut it in. But it was Brian they sent on an hour drive to do a 10-minute job, then an hour back again. He was really good natured about it, but I felt terrible!Glad to see the positive recent reviews here. As the pictures show, they do impressive work at a great price.Services: Kitchen design

Dan, in the Brookfield showroom, worked with me on this laundry room design and was awesome, and very accommodating, and communicated transparently with both me and my clients. He knows his * and has the temperament and patience of a proverbial saint. No matter how uncertain I may have been about something, he took it in stride and never made me feel like I was a rookie or wasting his time.Sharmin, on the other side, was handling scheduling, order/product questions, and any and all issues after the order was actually placed. She was super responsive, helpful, accommodating, friendly and kind at all times; went the extra mile from day one, and was just terrific to work with! If she didn’t have the answer at her fingertips, she kept me on the phone and literally walked to the warehouse to ask the people doing the builds, or a supervisor, etc., as needed. I hope to work with both of them in the near future on many other projects. Both are invaluable assets to Express Kitchens.I would be remiss if I left out the stone dept. They did a fabulous job! On time and also very communicative so my client knew exactly when they would arrive for the measure and then the install. We had a 3 hr window but the fellow called to give us like a 25 min heads up.All around A+!(We did the cabinet install ourselves, so can’t review that aspect, but I believe they would be equally impressive)

If I could give them zero I would. They were hired to do a project that took forever, poor workmanship, and every time they come and fix it matters get worse. Save yourself the headache. I wouldn't let them on the property if the work was free of charge. Horrible company.
