Overall good service, the wheel alignment check was free but the five minutes or less to do it for $120 was a rip off.

Went in for Emission Inspection. Was in and out in about 20-25 minutes. Very pleasant staff and very nice waiting area.

I got a flat on the front driver side of my alfa romeo 2 days ago and had the car towed in. The service was great, about 500 for an alignment and one tire replacement isn’t terrible, but then I went to drive the car. I drove the car out of the entrance and my hood open notification. Come to find out that both of my hood latches are now broken, one dosent close all the way and the other dosent close at all. I return to the firestone and the manager rudely says that they never opened the hood. I find this weird considering everytime i’ve gotten tires in the past, they opened the hood to check on the fluids in my vehicle, and the hood was never opened on the tow truck because i rode with it. On top of this, there are gashes in my vehicle rim that the tire needed replacing, as well as paint damage on the quarter panel of the same rim/tire. I asked again what happened there, but the manager just blamed the tow truck driver and myself for being clumsy. The tow truck driver took photos of the vehicle before and after it got on and off the flatbed, and there was never any damage to the vehicle, so it was clearly damaged there. This encounter was the worst I have ever experienced and will never return to this company again.

BEWARE. I made an appointment for an oil change ONLY for the rental car I am driving. I specifically told them I only have time for the Oil Change and please not to do anything else. I said I would have to come back another time if they found anything else. I needed to get to a work appointment. After many people coming and going and me still waiting over an hour, I checked on the car and they had requested approval from the rental company to replace three of the tires. They went completely against my request for only Oil Change and by the way, they said the tires are bald and they are NOT.
Terrible disregard of me and my time so they can make money off the rental company.

i brought my truck to them because of a wobble at around 60mph. i suspected the tires were cupped/warped. i brought another set of tires with me just incase that did infact turn out to be the issue. i was told my front wheel bearings were no good and that was the cause of the shaking. quoted me something like $650 to change the front wheel bearings. i ended up doing them myself in about 2 hrs. bearings cost $60 and the job was super simple on a 2wd so idk how they came up with $650 to do that. Anyway the bearings werent even bad to begin with, turned out to be the tires all along. they also told me it was against the law for them to mount the tires i brought although the dates were good and they still have plenty of tread so it just didnt make sense. At another shop right now getting the tires installed.

I was in for about two hours. I was able to use my Life Time Wheel alignment. 4 tires swapped out (Winter to Summer), oil change and inspection. They reported my battery was starting to dwindle. I will be able to replace that on my own. Friendly, informative service. Comfortable waiting area with fast wifi. Close walk to restaurants.

this place was doing some work for my car and charged about 300 dollars more to fix the air conditioner in the car, a month later there is not gas in the car and they stated they charged me to add gas and that the air compressor was not working. they did not tell me originally that the gas was going to leak and now are trying to charge me another thousand dollars to change the compressor when they charge me the extra 300 just to put gas did not explain that this might not work and never heard that putting gas in a car costs 300 dollars.
