Today I showed up ten min. before closing with the battery compartment for my 89 year old mother-in-laws scooter. Unfortunately, Interstate didn't have the needed tools to get the batteries out. I explained that my M-I-L needed the scooter to get to the dining hall in the community she lived in and I really needed the batteries. Reece was kind enough to wait until I ran across the street to purchase the needed tool. When I returned he opened up the compartment and replaced the batteries for me. All of which kept him there 25 min. after closing.
Both I and my mother-in-law are very grateful for his going above and beyond and his kind service.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t trust the rating. Bought a battery little over a year ago. Battery has a 30 month sticker guarantee on it. It is dead and doesn’t hold a charge. Tried to say it because the car only gets driven once or twice per week. Then offered for me to leave it to be tested. Said the owners do not like doing the battery replacements because they are not sure if they will get reimbursed. All false garbage lines. Worst experience ever wish I could have left a zero star rating. Owners should train their staff better than this……

Horrible place! Extremely rude staff and manager. They sold me a defected batteries. It happened to me twice. I went to the supervisor and she didn’t even care. They refuse to give me my money back.

I had a great experience at the Brookfield Interstate Battery Center. Brian was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He diagnosed my car battery issue, and got me all set up with a battery that will get me through rough winter days.Thank you so much Brian for helping me out in that brutal winter wind!I will be back for all future battery needs.

I pulled up yesterday with a very weak (almost dead) battery in my Toyota 4Runner. Young gentleman came out to test it and then showed me my options and had it replaced moments later. Excellent service. Highly recommend. A++++

I needed to obtain a new battery for my mobility scooter. The staff was wonderful, kind, quick and answered all my questions. My scooter is back in action now. Thank you so much. This is the place to go for all your battery needs, especially hard to find specialty batteries.
