Daryl Bushy did a wonderful job helping to find the right recliner. He showed me many options and helped me see the leather options in different lighting. He was efficient in locating a recliner that could be delivered within the timeframe which I needed. I couldn’t have asked for more.

This review is for the ordering process, not the product itself, but I will update once the order is received. We ordered a chair with a custom fabric and was advised it would take about 6 weeks. At the 7 week mark, we had yet to receive any communication from La-Z-Boy about the order or delivery status. When I called the store I was told the system was saying it would be another 5 weeks. My feedback is two-fold: (1) If custom orders could take as long as 12 weeks, do not tell customer 6 weeks, (2) the company can easily provide customers an automated update when the timeline changes and not make the customer call to inquire. Other furniture companies do this as standard practice. As frustrating as it would be to get emails saying the delivery date is delayed, at least the customer not left wondering.

The salesman Daryl was great. The 2 lady's that worked there. I think they were management, that talked bad about him in ear shot of both of uswas not a good look for the company though

I couldn’t be happier with the La-Z-Boy delivery team in Danbury, CT! They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team showed up right on time, handled everything with such care, they removed their shoes and made sure my furniture was perfectly set up before they left.
They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s so refreshing to see that kind of pride and attention to detail—truly top-notch service!
