“This operation is a front. Placed an order, they never shipped it. I called them, they said the item wasn’t available and I would get a refund within 5 days. Ten days later, no refund, no product. I inquired about an “even exchange” for any product they had available, and I do not believe they have inventory because they couldn’t tell me A SINGLE product that was available for purchase when I asked Nushka on the phone. I called the local police and filed a dispute with my credit card carrier. Reading all these poor reviews makes me say “SHAME ON YOU, HPFY!” Some other people who reviewed on Yelp paid over $1k for life-saving equipment they never received and couldn’t get a refund for. I’m hopeful my dispute will be successful and I’ll be reimbursed.”
