Big shout out to Kathleen, the cashier in Michaels in Brookfield, CT today. She took the time to help me with a project for a baby shower. She was kind, courteous and helpful while she alternated assisting me and monitoring the checkout register with attention to the customer's needs. Kathleen should be commended for her outstanding customer service, which is rare in today's world of retail sales. I do hope her supervisor recognized her action as a positive representation of Michael's. Thank you Kathleen, and thank you Michael's.

Disappointed in the renovation. Seems like less stock. Maybe they are still getting back on their feet after the move.

Worst Michaels ever. Flow of the store is strange...if you can even see around all the boxes all over the store. Good luck finding an employee if you need one. P.S.- Avoid the bathrooms at all costs.
