I want to share about the exceptional experience I had with Michaels in Brookfield, Ct store. I had a large original piece of artwork framed at their framing department. It took unusually long to get back to me and when it was completed, it was not at all what I expected. The quality was sub standard for Michaels. I called the store and the manager Michele happened to answer. I stated my issue and she was incredibly concerned and ready to resolve the issue. She said to bring it back and would like the opportunity to make things right. I was reluctant at first since it was such a large piece and a hassle to transport but I agreed as I have always been a loyal Michaels customer. I picked up my piece today and it was reframed and absolutely perfect. It was a challenge to frame due to its size but they re-did it and were very professional about how they handled it. Michele is an exceptional store manager. She has great people skills. I am impressed with how she managed the issue. Michaels is fortunate to have her on staff. Thank you Michaels.

This location should train their employees and teach them about good customer service. My mom was shopping there and on FaceTime with me and sadly the cashier had many negative comments to make about our call. I worked retail for many years and was always taught to respect customers and to keep judgmental comments to myself .

Maybe I came at the wrong time, but their shelves seemed to be empty of a lot of items.My husband wanted to look at the models, but apparently they don't carry that any more.The store itself is clean, and the workers are friendly and parking is easy
