“Only had oil changes, tires rotated, fluids checked. $105 for my f150, guess that's not a bad price. They're not in Brooklyn anymore, combined with Ford in Putnam now. Time frame they quoted was right on. They said one hour, it was finished in one hour. I might have given 5 stars but like I said I only had a oil change.”

“Earlier today my car wouldn't start leaving me stranded with two hungry and tired toddlers. Despite efforts of bystanders we called the dealerships service department and they were kind enough to send someone out to see if they could fix the problem instead of making me waiting over an hour for AAA. They fit me right into their schedule and fixed the problem getting me back into my car within an hour. I never thought I'd see the day where I cried over a new battery and an oil change but the service I received was just wonderful and their help meant so much to me.
