Absolutely useless!! I called the pharmacy a week ago in attempt see if I could schedule a vaccination that wasn’t a choice online. Left message but to date few day later no return call.
Dropped by the pharmacy and was rudely attended when asked about the minute health hub. Pharmacist rudely claimed that they are not affiliated with the clinic??? And refuse to comment on why my call was not returned even when it was directed to the pharmacy. Don’t bother with CVS and this location. They’re too busy to respond to your inquiries or have any courtesy. I guess it’s Walmart pharmacy from now on!

“Flu and COVID shots: walk-ins welcome” is a lie. Not only are there no walk-ins daily, but you certainly aren’t welcome. The signs are all over the parking lot. Instead you walk-in, ask for a shots, and the lady at the pharmacy says “well not today - you need an appointment”. I ask her if there are appointments available today, and she says “check online”. I said “can you help me, I’m here now in front of you, wanting the shot and would love to know if there are any appointments in the next few hours”, and she says “go online”. Talk about poor customer service. The pharmacy area was completely empty, and she still wouldn’t take a minute to look for me?! There were also at least 6 other pharmacy members working at the time.
I went to Walmart down the street instead and got instant assistance, and there were only 2 pharmacy members on staff there, plus a line of 10 people. The customers seemed genuinely happy to be there and the pharmacists were very friendly/recognized most of their customers.
CVS gets a 3 star because I know some of the pharmacy staff there are awesome and kind. I’ve had great experiences, but this one definitely knocked some stars off.

Worst Pharmacist ever. There are numerous complaints about the male pharmacist and rightfully so. I asked a simple question and he’s condescending and rude. This has happened many times before!!
Apparently CVS pays no attention to their reviews. I’m so close to moving all scripts to Walmart and getting away from this guy!!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars ? I would!!!! All of the employees are rude!!!!! The Google site says open till 10 but yet they are already closed when you call saying they close at 8!!!! They do NOT care about the customers ?!!!! All the CVS except for Target has gone downhill!!!! Don't get me started about Targets CVS being closed on the weekends!!!!!

The pharmacist, Dave, is rude and has no business still being employed at CVS. Numerous complaints have been lodged against him to management, to corporate, on the Residents of Brooklyn page, and on this site. Yet CVS continues to employ him. I understand that there is a shortage of pharmacists right now, but CVS owes it to its customers to employ a pharmacist who treats the customers with a modicum of respect and courtesy.

I showed up at 8:14 am. Store sign said open at 8. Bagged newspaper in front of the door. Lights off. Someone in their car, waiting to go in. Unless someone had a medical emergency or something, you can't open on time?

Running late tonight 2/15/24. I get to the pharmacy drive through at 7:50p and they're closed. They should be open until 8p. If your listed hours are until 8p you SHOULD be open until 8p. Wasted trip!!

Handed in two prescriptions through the drop off window and was told that it would be ready in one hour. Arrived an hour later and only one prescription was ready. When I questioned about the second prescription the girl who took my prescriptions said that I only handed in one. She was adiment that I only gave her one by telling the gentleman that was helping me multiple times that she is positive I only gave her one. At this point I am being called a liar. He checked the computer and said only "one" was submitted. I asked if there was a way to check how many I submitted by going through the prescriptions and sure enough, I submitted two prescriptions. At this point I am livid because I'm my opinion, someone should have checked the prescriptions instead of claiming i only submitted one. If I did in fact only submit one I would have no problem admitting that I made a mistake and that I was sorry. I made my frustration known by saying that I did not serve this country to be called a liar and that I was offended. So Pharmacist Dave told me that just because I served it does not give me the right to he offended. First off, I was taken back by his comment and secondly, you do not speak to Veterans like that. When I asked what was Dave's last name, the only answer he would give me was "M". He was not even professional enough to supply me with his full last name, just an initial.

The Worst pharmacist ever! Dave is a subhuman, arrogant, rude, pathetic child. He should never be aloud to speak to customers.He degrades everyone, including his coworkers, in such a smug know it all way. This individual has no redeeming qualities.CVS you must FIRE Dave the pharmacist. I will call corporate everyday until he is gone.BTW: Almost everyone else there is great or at least decent.

Meds not in stock frequently and takes days to finally get them. Do not recommend this CVS but it’s the only one anywhere near me.

I am rating the pharmacyThe employees that help you are great but there is a pharmacist who doesn't care about anybody. Very rude. I no longer have CVS as my pharmacy because of that person. I miss the other employees.
