Just walking into Hart's, makes you feel good. It's a wonderland of color and different kinds of plants and flowers. I love how they put together arrangements for you .My favorite place to go. Especially this time of year

I visited this place for the first time this year. The flowers were amazing, the prices fair. The staff were wonderful. I'm not from the area; my daughter just moved to Scotland Ct that's how I found this place.
