Sorel's are excellent. There ability to resolve the problem I had on my VW was fixed after trying to get it fixed with a VW dealer who couldn't fix it.

Had a check engine light on and I called and told me to come right in and they put the computer on right then and there to figure out a plan of repair. No charge for the computer even though I didn't need to do a repair as code cleared. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Wasted my money on an alignment. Left with my steering wheel way more off centered then before I brought it in. When I called about it I was asked “which way do you want your steering wheel pointed”.???? Obviously I want it straight… He then said because my thrust angle was off he’d have to charge me to adjust my front subframe. Took it somewhere else and they aligned it no problem. Straight as an arrow. Honestly embarrassing on their part.

This place here sorells is the best garage around I was recommended by couple people ty Jim and bootsies place does outstanding work and they stand behind there work and I'm always looking for that they are honest was told I needed 2 new axels and mechanic said one was brand new so only needed one this place is amazing they were all very helpful and respectful and Beth is so awesome she will go above and beyond to help a customer if u needed work done Def choose sorells you won't be disappointed and ur car will be fixed right by highly skilled mechanics
