Changed in some winning sctatch tickets and the employee refused to cash one saying it was allready cashed. He didn't return the ticket. It was not previously cashed because he made us scratch off the area to cash it. I do am not the type of person to make a scene, not does 30 bucks matter to me so much. It is the principle.
I reported to the manager via phone and didn't even get an apology. I only reported it to let the manager know that they have a thief working for them. No thank you provided, they didn't even care. Horrible customer service. Xtra mart/ Global higher ups will be reported to. You never know who your customers know. I am a distict manager and have stores in other Xtra mart/Global owned stores. It is to bad that this manager couldn't have handled it correctly. 11/29/24. 545 am.
