“Our business' experience with People's United Bank was great. Both Elizabeth and Lisa were responsive, professional and easy to work with. They were both very service minded in a challenging and time sensitive situation. Recommend without any reservations!”

“The food here is excellent and the gentleman behind the counter truly embodies 5-star service. The artisanal coffee is something straight out of the Peruvian rainforest. Great first date spot, would absolutely recommend. Wish it was not limited to 5 stars! A Greek tragedy indeed.”

Citibank ATM
70 S Main St, Unionville CT 06085
“I had opened a Citibank account with Jenny over a decade ago and totally forgot that I had this account. I had recently moved and failed to update the address on the Citibank account. Due to inactivity, my checking account which had over $4K was closed as abandoned property and funds were transferred to the State. I was provided information to claim with NYS abandon property. Just to confirm if this is the case, I immediately contacted Jenny who found out that the funds were still with Citibank. Jenny provided detailed instructions on what I need to do and the exact form that I need to fill out in order to recover the funds. Jenny is truly a professional with a great attitude who excels at her job and provides excellent customer service.”

Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)
240 W Main St, Avon CT 06001
“The flexibility and personal attention we received at this branch was unexpected from a large financial institution, and seemed more like the kind of service and care one would receive from a local bank in a bygone era. My family needed a cashier's check for an important transaction earlier this month, but we live with at-risk individuals and wanted to minimize contact as much as possible. We called several banks in the area, and because of the nature of the transaction, most insisted that we come inside a branch, which made us very concerned about waiting indoors for a long time to get the transaction done. The manager of this branch was very understanding of our situation and worked out a solution that followed all banking policies but brought contact and time indoors to an absolute minimum. If you are a Bank of America customer need accommodations during the pandemic, I suggest you reach out to this branch - they will take excellent care of you.”
