Mark our Burlington Pharmacist and the techs working in the pharmacy have always been quite helpful. General store clerks do a very good job keeping the store well supplied.

Better get you RX picked up well before the pharmacy closing time as they will run out the clock keeping you waiting at the drive through then refuse to fill even the simplest prescriptions that are prepackaged because they are about to close. An hour later I'm still waiting at CVS in Bristol because this pharmacy doesn't want to fill prescriptions at the end of their day.

Jeannie from the Burlington CT CVS Pharmacy is amazing. She is so kind every time I go. Gives special attention to my kids as well as stickers. Because of her this place feels very inviting. She was so kind to my wife, coming out from around the counter to talk to my wife who had just had surgery to see if she needed anything while we waited for the scripts to be filled. Thank you so much Jeannie!

Generally a clean store with very friendly and helpful employees. Prices tend to be a little higher than other places though that is expected from the nature of corporate drug stores. They do make up for it with the trees worth of coupons on every receipt plus what you can find on the app.
I noticed many items were recently moved to different locations but you wouldn't notice it unless you were looking for the items specifically (Kleenex, detergent, tampons, etc).
The app can be better at searching for coupons, deals, and available extra care rewards. Perhaps having Wi-Fi available in the store would help with phone service.

i was accused of stealing, i obviously wasn't ,i emptied my pockets and let the employee search me and he was still unsure , just made me feel terrible i've never stolen anything before and this fella had the worst attitude towards me , i wouldn't shop here terrible staff and customer service ,

Pretty good store in general, been going here for years and haven’t had any major issues. The one thing I will say is that the pharmacy does close in the middle of the day for about a half an hour for lunch which can be very inconvenient. During this time their computer locks, so even if you’re in the middle of getting your prescription at the time it closes, you’re out of luck and have to come back another time. Other than that it’s a great and very convenient pharmacy!

Avon location CVS has the worst associates - no one knows anything, no one can do anything, no one is able to help. Not the first time but this visit was the worst by far.

I've been a customer here at Burlington CVS for many many years. I have always been treated with respect by all the staff especially in Pharmacy Dept. The COVID has created a lot more Stress on this Dept. I commend all the staff especially the Pharmacist Mark, Fred, etc for their dedication and willingness to always address any of my concerns. I've tried other Pharmacies in Torrington none can compare. I find it very convenient and usually can find whatever I need. Very convenient and love the Drive thru. Only thing I don't care for is the ....recording to call in ...refills !! Far Too long and most of information doesn't apply to me. Very frustrating as goes thru all my medication available for refills etc. If i want it I'd let them know rather than go thru this every single time I call. I wish there was a way I could bypass it and just leave refill #. Wish corporate would make that happen I'm pretty sure in not the only one who feels this was about call in recordings! Otherwise I appreciate everyone who works there.

Great pharmacy! I switched to this CVS after multiple horrible experiences at Walgreens. So far everyone at this pharmacy has been so helpful. I had an issue with a prescription today and Jeanine said she would fix it and she did! Thank you!

There are much better CVS's I've see in my life. I tend to pick up my prescriptions here often, let's just say it isn't marked on my calendar. The pharmacist is the polar opposite of helpful, and half the time they don't even have what you're looking for. The checkout counter is even worse. Most of the time, only one person is working there, and if there's a line of more than 5 people you're screwed. The staff have no manners and act as if they're being enslaved there. Incredibly disrespectful. Don't go here.

This is a larger CVS, and easily accessible by way of a traffic light. The parking lot is also ample of size. I've never used the pharmacy, but for the store part it has everything I look for in a CVS I don't regularly frequent: Well stocked holiday decor and candy, variety in regular snacks and drinks, and on the right day, at least part of an aisle of clearance. Thankfully they weren't forcing use of a self checkout.
