I am very upset with my experience here this morning. All I wanted was one 8”x10” photo printed. The kiosk computers would not read my pictures on my USB drive, would not read the picture on my phone, there was no option to use Google Drive only Google Photos which I haven’t used since 2014 and there was no way I could simply email the picture to the kiosk so I can work on it. One kiosk turned to code half way through getting the photo prepared. By the time my photo was printed the cash register was not working. What should have been a 5-10 minute experience took an hour. I missed most the event I was printing the photo for and no I had no time to come here earlier in the week!Through all of this the staff were very helpful. That was the only good part of the experience. While we were working on this problem they were dancing around the store trying to fix a barrage of unfixable problems doing the best to do their job in a broken system. I give them five stars for they’re help and all they deal with.For years, there was great service at this pharmacy first as an independent pharmacy followed by Brooks and RiteAid. This pharmacy was always a dependable part of our town. Under Walgreens this pharmacy is an embarrassment to our town and the Walgreens brand. I have heard nothing but complaints and this morning was my wake up call on to how bad it really is at this location. Shame on Walgreens for not investing in this location and our town who so desperately needs a dependable pharmacy.I hope Walgreens sees this and decides to fix their problems. Hopefully then this location will serve its purpose once again. Until then it will be empty as it was the entire hour I was there.

I have heard a lot of negative comments about the pharmacy staff still being unfriendly to customers. I switched to a different pharmacy years ago. Pharmacist should be kind and at least say have a nice day.

Their stupid voicemail suddenly changes the time of when pick up my prescription so I get there a MINUTE too late and thanks to them, I wasted both time AND money for absolutely nothing because they decided to screw me over!

Pharmacy needs to learn customer serviceJust had the gate shut in my face as I stood waiting for a perscription sitting on counter in front of me because it was lunch time! and yesterday closed because of no staff.

Absolutely worst pharmacy in ct. Prescriptions are never ready, they close the pharmacy hours before posted times, not willing to help in anyway. Just thinking of this pharmacy makes me sick!!!

Calling their phone and trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy is akin to waiting in a line to get your eyes poked out. Every step of the way is agonizing - from being left on hold for an indiscriminate amount of time, to finally getting to talk to one of them, only to have the staff be instantly rude and unhelpful. This experience makes me happy that robots are taking over the pharmacy process.
