There was a big screw up with AT&T technical support. I went to the store and Josh and Eric both helped. Josh fixed the mess AT&T made and Eric found a case for my phone and gave me the best price. They were extremely helpful!At& t avon ct

I really think That this has to be THE worst ATT store on the planet. This is my third time going in to this store for help with AT&T plans and left with disgust and anger. I wanted to put my prepaid AT&T plan on the current existing postpaid Verizon iPhone 14. Using Dual SIM. That’s it. I was greeted by one of the heavyset guys saying the answer is NO for whatever question you have. This was his way of greeting potential customers. If there was a humor involved, it did not work, because ultimately we got no service, so he was accurate. He incorrectly told me that I need to go to a Verizon store to put AT&T line because the phone has Verizon already installed. He never bothered to check with anybody or look at his knowledge base to see if that was indeed true. Mind you I will sent here by Best Buy geek squad because they could not install carriers on any phone that had pre-existing Service . The final result was we went to the Verizon store and ditched the AT&T plan and hopped onto the Verizon plan because the AT&T representative did not do his job. The corporate should know that this employee caused you to lose one customer and potentially two more because now the entire family will go to Verizon since the Verizon store will service our prepaid plans,In the same store about six months ago, I went in to get a eSIM for Caribbean travel, and I was told to go online and look for it myself.At that time I noticed one employee was sleeping at the desk, and the other one was watching TV.This store employees need to be turned over if they have a shot of maintaining their customer base-A former 13 year ATT customer but now VERIZON fan for life thanks to the incompetence of this store employee!!!

I highly recommend this AT&T store. I’ve had two visits in the last six months and have received incredible customer service. Both Josh and Eric were extremely helpful and assisting me in transitioning my iPad to a much better plan. Even though I live two towns away, I will continue to come here whenever I need assistance with my AT&T devices.

Josh and Caleb were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and patient with the many questions we had. They were very good at continuing to help us and tending to other customers as well. They were very impressive with their knowledge and customer service.

Went to get an upgraded iPhone along with the current ATT plan I already have. Spent almost two hours and felt like I was at a used car dealership. I needed a nap by the time i got home.

Eric and Josh were both awesome. I was worried this was going to take multiple hours but Eric set me up with a new line and device and got me rolling out of there within an hour. Every time I upgraded at T Mobile, the process took forever. Glad I made the switch.

Worst service in Avon store. I had questions….told me I could change phones myself. Had a nice experience earlier in the year. I won’t go back. Maybe I should go back to Verizon.

I visited the store a few weeks ago to get help with a billing error, buy an Apple Watch and iPad. I worked with Eric and he was incredibly helpful resolving my issue and helping me minimize my additional costs. The whole team was incredibly nice and thoughtful. Thank you for all your help. IPhone froze doing an IOS16. update. I did all the suggested methods for unfreezing to no avail. Eric at the ATT Avon store was aware of this issue and immediately proceeded to solve it. He was successful. His patience and knowledge were evident and exercised. I had to give him a hug....so relieved. Thank you Eric! Hang onto this fellow ATT!

I stopped in to switch from the dish to a modem cable. They could not process. Promised I would hear in 2 days. Stopped by the store at 7:40pm and store open to 8pm. Still no help. I am changing carriers. Their customer service is a 0.

I had a challenge with my vm & the young lady tried to help. She called over a manager & he solved my challenge. Both were very accommodating. They solved my dilemma without having to call the service dept. Where ever the service dept. Is located !!!Mark G.
