Barnes & Noble is a large, organized, and beautiful bookstore that has been a go-to place for years. The store is well-organized with nicely organized sections, including a dedicated Harry Potter area and a spacious kids section featuring a little stage for storytime every Saturday morning and a mini train set. It offers a wide selection of books, DVDs, records, toys, magazines, gifts, and other knick knacks, making it a great place for book worms. The long-time bookselling staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. The store includes a full cafe onsite at the front, which is pretty popping, and features a Starbucks. It is located right next to a Ben & Jerry's and has plenty of free parking, particularly in the back lot near a playground with a back entrance. However, some note things have gone a bit downhill since COVID, and the place is a bit shabby. Some chairs are worn out and disgustingly soiled, and the cafe area is gross, as tables are not cleaned as they were following COVID. Despite this, it remains a nice bookstore with a great selection and layout.
