We had a horrific experience at Bounce Town on Saturday, December 04, 2021. My daughter attended a birthday party at this facility. She was having a wonderful time on some of the equipment until she got to the fire truck inflatable which is the largest in the facility. She was at the top of the inflatable when it suddenly began deflating. She was screaming in terror as it started to tilt to the side. 4 other grownups tried to hold up the side so she wouldn't topple over. We were screaming at her to slide down before the inflatable toppled but she froze. I tried to climb up to grab her but it was too difficult. My tall husband had her jump over the side into his arms. The entire experience was terrifying to her as a child, and me as her mother, not being able to get to her.I left a message for the owners and they called me back the next day. Scott called me back and gave a very insincere apology. He said, "I'mSorry this happened BUT this hasn't ever happened before." He continued to deflect about the real issue which was how the inflatable has deflated. It turns out a child had unplugged it. When I asked why children have access to the plugs he again said, "this has never happened before" instead of agreeing that it's gross negligence to have the plug area open and accessible to children. When I asked how he would solve this problem he again said "but this has never happened before on either of our locations."Unfortunately there are so many parties there.Thankfully after this incident the problem was solved and the area to get to the plugs was gated off and the slides were pushed together.

Don’t ever get the pass, you will never get to use it! The pass is only good if you don’t work and your kid dont go to school on weekdays. Their weekends are always booked with private parties or if they have any openings, always with extremely odd hours. Like 8:30-9:00 in the morning for example.

I agree with the review of BT constantly being closed for private parties on the weekend ..

Another birthday party in the books!Small scale / Average bounce place for a giant inflatables indoor play zone, only 2 small party rooms. Good for 5-7 year old. 8 may be pushing it.Also feels crowded very quickly here. Party of 15 kids w/ parents is too much.Example of party room uploaded.Arcade is quite small and is showing its age. Some machines don’t work correct. Tokens don’t always activate the game.

This review is re: birthday parties. The staff there have it down pat-- a real smooth operation. You get a dedicated party coordinator for the duration of the party, and they direct the kids, set things up, distribute the food, everything. They really make it very easy, and the kids have a great time!

We met a friend and her 4 year old and almost 2 year old son today to play with our 2.5 year old boy. This is a really fun place to bring kiddos for a rainy/hot day and really let them expel some energy. We came for open play and you truly cannot beat the $13 price point! There are at least 6 large inflatable bounce houses as well as a toddler section and play scape. In addition there is also an arcade section prior to the bounce house area, but we did not spend any time there. My friend called in advance to ask how crowded the bounce area is and I am glad she did. The lull in crowds was great for our young boys to play and explore and still learn to share and take turns with other kids. You are not supposed to wear shoes coming in to this area, but many of the parents did. Oh well... The floor and the bounce/play equipment were all very clean and there was plenty of space until the crowds picked up. If you have kids under 5 I would definitely be wary of peak visitation times. Once older kids showed up most (not all) were frequently trampling over younger children. I was watching my son at all times and at one point an older child not waiting his turn slammed into my son at the bottom of the slide and sent him flying. I recognize this is why you sign a waiver, but he does have a decent bump on his forehead and a sizeable "rug burn" abrasion to his chest. You can't count on other parents to watch their kids....many unfortunately are on their phones or otherwise not paying attention. At one point I accompanied one of the younger children in our party (which is allowed per their rules) on one of the bounce slides and two kids behind us literally crawled over us to slide down. One could suggest that staff should be supervising play interactions, but admittedly that's hard to do in reality given how multifaceted each bounce area is.On a whole if you are selective about your timing with the crowds and properly supervise your children Bounce Town is a really fun and economical activity for kids. I would definitely come back again.

I highly recommend this place! The staff are always so friendly. I have been coming here for years. I use to take my older son here as a toddler years ago. We even had his birthday party here one year. I took my one year old here recently and she had a blast. I love the new additions especially the new toddler area.

My young kids (5 & 3) had a blast with their friends last week. No required purchase of grippy socks so that's a bonus! This place is perfect for young kids, I'd say no older than 10. It's fairly small compared to other bounce places/trampoline parks, which isn't a bad thing! Easy to keep track of the kids while they run, jump and play. Just wish we lived closer!

Kids love bouncing, but arcade is trash. Majority of games don’t give tickets and half are broken. Why even have it? Been this way for months so I guess they don’t care about fixing it.Such a waste for parties when you pay for the arcade but no tickets and half of the games function.Seems like this place is going the way of the dinosaurs.
