I have been a long time customer - maybe 25 years. Geoff and his team are my rock for all things auto. It is simple - he runs a great business. Highest integrity, incredibly responsive, customer focused, technical expertise (they know ho to fix stuff), fair, good value and always a positive experience. If you have an Audi, you have to take it to Dynamic. Of course you know Audi maintenance and repair ain’t cheap, but Dynamic keeps them humming and mitigates the “cost of ownership” issue. Yes, you can get 200,000 miles out of an Audi if you invest in maintenance. Without Dynamic, I would never have owned Audis - expensive maintenance, not all that reliable for such an high end car and dealership service is insane - you know which one I am thinking of.

Jeff and his team took my car in on a late Friday afternoon and provided excellent service and at a very reasonable price. I will be going back to them for all Audi services. They are professional, have an excellent reputation in town and their reviews speak for themselves. I am a new fan and will be going to them for all future auto care needs. Worst mechanic in history. Would give negative stars if possible. Took Range Rover in for an oil change and got the car returned with a broken running board and the passenger door stuck shut. Took vw for brake job and the brakes weren’t put back together correctly resulting in all brake fluid leaking and losing brakes on the highway…could have killed me. Then I took the vw back for additional work, and Jeff loses my key. When I asked him about it, he insinuated I was a liar and never left the secondary key with him. Couldn’t even muster up an apology, let alone admission of guilt. Avoid this place like your life depends on it

Excellent, timely, and friendly service! I required a full clutch replacement on my VW Jetta, and they were able to get it done within a day of me bringing it in.
The quoted price was very fair, and in the end the final bill was over 10% cheaper than the initial quote. I can’t thank them enough for their work.
