When we moved from Scituate Massachusetts to Granby I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the moving. Being a bit of a design junkie I needed help but am always cautious about finding someone who fit my aesthetic and could incorporate my antiques into the mix. Well Rondell Goorachan was absolutely amazing to work with! He listened to what my preferences were and was sensitive to the feel of the colonial style home we purchased. Our rooms came together so perfectly. Rondell exceeded all of our expectations and put together the most amazing designs. He even came over on his day off when the delivery was made to make sure everything worked perfectly together. Not only did we get a great and talented designer but also a new friend. Run don’t walk to Ethan Allen and tell Rondell that I sent you.

My design consultant, Michael Mueller, was excellent. He was very helpful and efficient. I am very satisfied with the style and quality of my furniture. The woman who coordinated the delivery was also very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is with the delivery men. The delivery men were an hour early but thankfully I was home. Upon arrival they spent 20 minutes doing nothing but complaining and chastising me about how impossible it would be to bring in the furniture. I finally persuaded them to try and, of course, it did fit. This did not stop them from complaining about the delivery the entire time. They did not attempt to return any of my existing hallway furniture that was moved in order to bring in the new. The delivery experience is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating.

He was a pleasure to work with and followed up with me consistently with fresh ideas and updates on my redecorating project!He was warm, responsive to my feedback, and incredibly well organized and exciting to work with!

I'm now enjoying a charming new study thanks to the expert eye of Mark McIntyre of the Canton, CT Ethan Allen store. His attention to detail, dimensions, and color is A+. He kept me informed of the progress of all orders and responded promptly to questions. He quickly grasped my taste and made recommendations that were spot-on. Plus he has a winning personality and is a delight to work with. Mark is a gem and made my decorating experience positive, rewarding and a true pleasure.

The day of the delivery your employees were very professional . They introduced themselves and asked where were the 2 sofas were to be placed. Opened up the boxes and very carefully processed to bring the sofas in. Very polite and did a great job. Picked up the boxes and debris and left. Very satisfied with the delivery service.

I thought I'd "splurge when I wanted to redesign my den, and met Rondell, one of EA's designers. We hit it off and between the two of us chose pieces and fabrics, rugs and tables that were perfect for me. Although my wait was long due to supply chain issues I guess, it was worth it to do business with Ethan Allen and Rondell. Highly recommended, the Canton store.

I have purchased a great deal of furniture at this Canton Connecticut location of Ethan Allen. I was previously satisfied with their customer service. However, when I contacted them today about a bed I had purchased there many years ago, the gentleman who answered the phone was totally dismissive & unhelpful. The finish has come off one of the bed posts & I wanted to know if they sold touch up paint or where I could get some. Although he did say I might try some thing called touchup solution but gave no further information. He clearly did not want to be bothered. I will not be purchasing any other furniture from this store! They have lost a loyal customer!

Working with Mark McIntyre in the Canton, CT store was a pleasure and his design knowledge was invaluable in helping us select the perfect style and fabrics for our new family room furniture. He was also great in keeping us informed on a regular basis about the status of our order. Our furniture was delivered this week and we love the new look! It was worth the wait in dealing with all of the world wide production delays. Thank you, Mark, we really enjoyed working with you!!
