“This wine and liquor store is located in the same building as Petal & Paws and Canton Creamery. It's located on the corner of Cherry Brook Rd. and Route 44. The parking lot was spacious. The store had a wide selection of hard liquor, wine, and beer to choose from. The prices were pretty comparable to other liquor stores nearby. The customer service has been good; except for one time, their registers were down so it was cash only (not their fault, but a quick heads up to let us know before we shopped would've been nice, luckily we had cash.) We find ourselves here quite often because it's local to us and convenient. Overall, a good spot to get some wine, beer, and liquor!”

Not only did she have great insight about the wines in the store but also for the area. What a wonderful welcome to have for my first time in Simsbury and Connecticut! “I don't know why you would shop for wine anywhere else. No matter who you ask in the place, they all seem to know quite a bit about wine and are very good at making pairing selections if you give them the information about what you're serving. The staff is very friendly and always very eager to help. Their prices seem as good as anywhere so there's really no reason to shop anywhere else.”
“This is a no frills package store but it's conveniently located for locals using this plaza. It pretty much has everything you'd need in terms of spirits. Large cooler of domestic, imported and microbrew beers, hard liquors, and bottled wines. Every package store has something others don't and this one has its share of hidden gems which puts it on my go to list for certain liqueurs or brands. The best thing about Marandino Spirits is its good natured permittee, Vipin. If something you buy regularly is out of stock or not being delivered, he'll call the distributor or commissioner until he gets it back in on a regular basis.”

“This place is literally a stone's throw from where I live, so I frequent it when buying alcohol. The selection is decent - I especially like the organic wines. However, their designated section is a little sparse because I was told these wines are scattered throughout the store. They do seem to carry some labels that I haven't seen elsewhere. They have a decent beer and liquor section, also. I am not sure of the employee's names, but the newer ones are very friendly and helpful. Front parking can be tight when it's busy, but there's a back lot for overflow.”
“I started coming here simply because it was the closest package store to my house. I don't usually leave reviews, but the people that work here are always so so nice. They help you with whatever you need, give you recommendations, and let you know if there are any sales or deals going on. There was even a gentleman who helped me put my items in my car without me asking. The selection is wide and always has what I need in terms of wine, beer, or liquor. They have some mix ins like pineapple juice etc. And they do have ice if needed which is helpful (small bags, not the larger ones found at grocery stores). Highly recommend!”

“Not only is there a terrific selection of wine and spirits, but the service is fantastic! We had some complications with a delivery on Christmas eve that was handled very professionally and was successfully resolved with no hassle. I would highly recommend!”

“Ken's is located where Kay-Bee Toy Store used to be, randomly on a quiet road to the airport. It's next to a feed store, and parking never seems to be a problem. It is surprisingly huge inside! I'm not sure what I expected, but it goes on and on. It's well lit, with lots of space to move about (nice ambiance if you have an unwieldy purse). There are lots of displays for different kinds of liquor, as well as space for beer and wine. The prices are pretty reasonable with the area, and offer a good range. For example, you'll easily find a low cost bottle of wine, but you can also find something to gift at a higher price point. All the popular liquors are present and accounted for, and there are adorable minis up front! The cashier was friendly and offered his assistance as needed.”

Special (more expensive) wines upstairs for more special occasions!”
“Vanesh = beer-geek, legend! Knows all the best local, regional & national craft IPAs & other genres, too. This guy is super humble and a great advocate for enhancing your adult-beverage enjoyment on any given night... just ask him when you stop in. He won't just say 'try this or try that.' He'll ask you your palette likes & dislikes and your taste profile curiosities, and then suggest options. Try this not only for his beer selection, but count on him for the same expertise in spirits & wine as well. Great job! You'll see us again soon. I highly recommend this place for the discerning beer-geek, spirits & wine crowd; it's right near CCSU.”

“An interesting little liquor store. Because of its small size, you won't necessarily find tons of choices as you would at some super super liquor stores. However, I thought they had a very interesting selection of both wine and spirits. Not being a big beer consumer, I didn't check out their supply. However, unless I am totally mistaken, it probably is somewhat limited. Found the salesperson to be very friendly and wanted to make sure that we found everything that we were looking for.”
“Was able to visit after recent new management took over. Wowww what a turn over new remodeling they did. New floors new counter, large selection of product, best lay out, smile with service, As a local customer from Bristol I would recommend this localy owned package store to local people... I had noticed new owner work really hard remodeled...and I was able to find eligiah Craig 18 years ...and park City brewery beers ..so things are coming along. Great job Jerry's new owners??”
