If so, the answer is to get a Dietitian to help you out, and you can do so for free !!!
The 5 Star rating for Shope Rite of Canton was given because of the value provided by my no-cost appointment with this store's Dietitian, Hannah Dipanfilo.
As a recent retiree who's trying to stay in shape, I was very pleased that a short session with Ms Hannah provided me with easy, helpful ideas on menus that fit my caloric needs...and my lack of desire to spend a lot of time in the kitchen !
Do yourself a favor and do as I did - go see the Dietitian Hannah Dipanfilo at Shop Rite of Canton !

I recently had the floral dept. inflate 45 helium balloons for a party I was throwing. The manager arranged for the home delivery department to delivery the balloons to the party venue. What a HUGE help that was and a time saver. Thank you so much!!

ShopRite was created in the 1940s by a bunch of small grocery stores coming together to create one entity. They also own Price Rite, which was a very affordable grocery store I used to go to in Rhode Island. This place reminded me of Publix in Florida. There were plenty of cash registers open and I love the self checkouts. The store was large and clean. The bakery section had baked fresh items. I loved the prepared foods section; the smell made me salivate. Pro tip: don't go there hungry.
They had rotisserie chicken, prepared sides, sushi, and fresh produce. If you want to preorder a cake, download their app and schedule a pickup. I think the prices were comparable to other standard grocery stores nearby. Overall, a good market to get all your grocery shopping needs.

Bottle room is a joke I have no choice but to use it because I need to return my plastic and cans, every time I do one at a time it keeps on spitting out a receipt with 7 dollars in change and I have not even finished at the machines I was nowhere done I had like 3 bags full while another person behind me had about 6-7 bags full of their bottles and cans. I get they increased the deposit to 10 cents but why is it the machines only stop with a receipt of 7 dollars in change it should be higher than that and it sounds to me like they are trying to rip people off.

Worst store in the state. People in the Deli working so slow. You have to wait 25-30 at least. They just walking around for no reason. Dont waste your time

The Bakery department is an absolute joke.
I placed a very specific order for a cake that was for a special event I was hosting. I came IN STORE to order it, exactly when I was advised to by another associate. I was called THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT to be notified that they would be cancelling my order. They had not even started the cake and they had told me the cake decorator wouldn’t even be in until the day of my event!!!!
I WAS FURIOUS. SUPER SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPUNCTUAL!!!

One of the nicest Shop Rites around. I would call it upscale not a first of the month store. And they have product that other stores don't keep in stock.
