The bed in the store was drastically different than the bed delivered. They don't explain that the kings in store have a very different feel than the queens that they deliver. I called immediately and was told to try it out for 30 days. Still bad after 30 days. I was then directed to customer service. Hours long wait time with customer service who informed me of a 264.82 delivery fee for the exchange. Customer service said if I had immediately reported the issue they would have waived the delivery fee. It was all just a bunch of people passing around responsibility. Another one month wait to swap this out.

Reid was very pleasant but dealing with financing was a nightmare. Convinced the woman did not want to work that day. She was not able to send a text to my phone and was not willing to try to figure out why. I would not recommend dealing with financing. I finally bought the idea outright.

Ordered on 6/26/22. Called to schedule delivery. They said 8/12/22 was the soonest. We called to cancel the order because waiting 6 weeks for a new bed is absurd, and they said they could get it to us sooner, with 7/12/22 being the new delivery date. After taking the day off work, breaking down our whole room, and moving furniture in preparation for the delivery and they just called us at 5:20pm (with a 3pm-6pm delivery window) to let us know the truck is broken down and they need to reschedule to 7/30/22. They didn't offer any other solutions, discounts, or anything to rectify the issue. Absolutely unacceptable. Definitely will be looking to buy from any other company after this experience.

Great experience at this store. We have owned a sleep number bed for 7 years and love it. We came in to try out some new pillows. Reid was very helpful and understanding of our needs (especially since we had a three year old rambunctious toddler with us trying to jump on all the beds). We also tried out the cooling/heat layer while at the store. While not a planned purchase, we ordered one of those and new sheets. Nothing beats the ability to touch feel and see product in the stores sometimes. We also appreciate the knowledge and recommendations from the sales staff. Great experience. we were expecting a longer shipping time but excited that just 4 business days after walking into the store, our pillows and cover are arriving tomorrow!

Reid was extremely inviting from the moment we got there. Not only did he offer to wear a mask as my husband, my daughter and myself had ours on. He was so informative on options and features and kept what we were looking for in mind the whole time. He also went above and beyond to make our very shy daughter comfortable and involved in the process including her own stool for payment process! By the end of our experience she was asking him for high fives!
