“I wanted to give some feedback on a great experience we had at Quick Lane Tire & Auto. This is not my first time at this establishment and all service visits have been exceptional. Today was basic service including lube, oil and filter. This included a full inspection report which was informative. The vehicle was also rinsed off making it look much better after a long winter. “These guys are off the charts gold star for the absolute best in the business! My 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee hybrid has been dead as a door nail on the roof of the parking garage at Bradley airport. It took us 24 hours plus and seven tow companies before they were able to help us. Plus 2 Jeep dealerships provided no help. They were  amazing! “Update: my check engine came on Sunday at 4:30 PM and I needed to travel with my family out of state on Tuesday morning. I texted Sunday, got a response, dropped off the car, and they squeezed it in and fixed it on Monday! This was a couple weeks ago, and the repair has worked. Amazing service, and very appreciated!
It turns out I needed a very big repair. They quickly told me that my car was not worth repairing, and to look for a new vehicle. They could have taken advantage and done worthless repairs, and charged me, but they told the truth. Appreciate it!”
